Lea stayed outside and adjusted the fire as and when required, so that he could prepare to cook.
When there was a steady breathing coming from the room, confirming that Gu Mengmeng was asleep, he then kicked Cole and said, “Alright, stop pretending, Mengmeng is asleep.”
Cole gradually opened his eyes with a smile on his face. He supported himself to sit up and said, “It’s not really pretending, I just woke up.”

Cole’s body was weak. Even though he was a Beast King, it would still cost half his life after not eating, drinking and being out in the cold for half a month.
