After having made my Path Jewel of Lust, I had quickly decided to move on to my next plans, which included snatching the Sin of Envy from Faylen, the Realm Menace of Envy, and also rescue the cutie from it.
I went inside her soul half-expecting her to be insane already, but it seemed that her sanity was still fighting against Envy, although by what I saw, she would quickly be completely consumed in around a year or two.
I kind of know this elf girl's story from the memories of Artemis, who had researched about her.
Artemis wasn't really a saint, she was still quite the scummy goddess, and knew quite well about what happened to Faylen regarding the Sin of Envy, whose previous wielder was lost as the Sin actually ran away from it. There were rumors about such a sin roaming the world, looking for a suitable vessel, and it seemed that Faylen was the perfect vessel.
So the Sin, which had attained conscience and was more than just a little bit evil plotted an entire series of sickening events to break the poor elf's mind…
From what Artemis investigated and which she kept a secret from Faylen, the Sin of Envy saw Faylen as the perfect vessel the moment she was born.
The reason behind it was that Faylen was blessed by Fate and held a Heroic Epic, and also was born with a lot of stats right off the bat and affinity to strong magic.
The Sin of Envy, which held an inherently malicious nature played with the emotions of her family and slowly made them detached from her until the point she revealed her Dark Magic Affinity… and that's where her brother, which was corrupted into a sicko decided to send her into a dungeon, torture her inside and constantly rape her…
And this was all orchestrated by the Sin. Well, the sin is gone now, as I devoured it, destroying its ego, and virtually killing it, and then fusing its power with my other Sin of Envy and creating Invidia.
Anyways, Envy used this to break Faylen's mind and make her grow envious of everything until she went mental and became ideal for Envy to take over her… and that's where she ended…
It is quite tragic, but I had grown used to such tragedy and I would have not cared about her to begin with, as I have a whole family to care for.
But as selfish as I was I just thought I should not let her die. After all, she could become the Queen of the Elves again and guide them easily into worshipping me. They are so prideful it's becoming hard for them to get into my religion.
And as I stated earlier, the energy I get is richer if I don't brainwash them, so I want them to willing to love me and pray to me! And the best way is through a cute Queen Elf Girl for them to obey.
And that's where Faylen gets in…
And yeah, there's another little thing, I don't know why but I pitied her a lot, it felt weird to have such humane feelings out of nowhere with anyone outside of my own family, but I pitied her.

After she was freed from Envy, she had become way calmer and cuter, and I couldn't help but hug her and pet her.
When Artemis brought her here, I decided to quickly go heal her in the large Spring that appeared inside my Hell Layer, which seems to have come from a Divine Area I stole, I don't know from which area, but I think it was the Azuma Empire one… Maybe.
Her body was as light as a feather, and her emerald eyes were quite charming.
When I brought her to the spring, she needed to bathe with the spring water, which had the power to haste soul regeneration if one bathed on it, her soul was degrading slowly, so this was a good method to heal her without any pain.

"This is the spring of souls. It is a special Divine Material of the Soul Attribute, if you bathe on it, your soul can regenerate quickly," I said, as I began to take Faylen's clothes away so she could bathe better. And well, I wanted to check out her body.
"W-Wait…!" cried Faylen, getting all embarrassed.
"What's the problem? We are all between women in here," I said, giving her a reassuring wink, as I quickly took away my clothes and carried the nude Faylen into the refreshing spring.

I gave her a gentle smile as I decided to do as she wanted.
"Very well then, if you want to…" I said, as I quickly sat down over the spring.
"Come sit in my legs dear," I said, inviting her to sit over my thighs.
Faylen glanced at my nude body with nervousness, we were completely alone in this area of the Hell Layer which was mostly made of black stone, it resembled a large and dark cave. Several colorful crystals were illuminating around, but it seemed rather tranquil and soothing.
