The two took the field.

Wu Yu’s move had not been used against Lei Tianyuan before, and he was unsure of how to deal with it. However, he moved scorching sun heavenly rule before him, reshaping it as a wall of fire in an attempt to block abyssal heavenly rule.

Abyssal heavenly rule came grinding up the air before it. It smashed into the wall of fire and pulverized it, continuing on to crash into You Dongxuan and sending him flying. He landed heavily outside the fighting arena!

These two were quarter-final candidates, and both would definitely be thinking the same thing - gunning for the win, and entering Everlasting Battlefield.
But now they had met here, which implied that only one of them could continue.
As the match-up was confirmed, Yang Qiang immediately stepped forward, his Heaven’s Ruin Painted Halberd in hand. He was emotionless and icy as ever.
Happy Fleece Fairy started, not expecting to face Yang Qiang in this round.
She judged Yang Qiang highly, and knew that he would definitely be her match at least. If she wanted to beat him, she would have to go all out.
However, victory was not decided before they fought.
