That night, everyone bared their inner thoughts. Under the night sky and the sea breeze, many people ended up drunk. It hardly occurred to him that he would receive an invitation on the night of King of Masked Singers’ premiere.
“How about it? Are you interested in participating?” Chen Xiaoyan asked in anticipation. “You won’t ever need to reveal your face in this show, plus… You belong on this kind of stage.”
Ye Lingchen was taken aback for a moment. He had never been on stage before and mostly worked behind the scenes.
“Alright then, I’ll take part,” Ye Lingchen answered with a smile. He had recently been rather idle too, and if there was ever a chance to increase his popularity, he would certainly grab that opportunity with both hands.
“Great, then I’ll send you the costumes and masks for the show tomorrow. By the way, you should hurry up and give yourself a stage name,” Chen Xiaoyan said.
“A stage name?”
“Yeah. You can’t use your real name, right? How about Y?”
“I can’t possibly use Y. I’ll probably be swarmed by people before I can even enter the stage,” Ye Lingchen smiled bitterly. The pseudonym Y was a very sensitive and unsuitable name.
After pondering for a moment, he answered curtly, “Just call me Superman then.”
Superman. It was narcissism at its finest because he was an extraordinary person who deserved that name.

The hangover last night was like a dream and it did not impact everyone that much. The warriors from the Warrior’s Department were already standing by the beach and ready to go.

Ye Lingchen answered, “Got it.”
Zhang Yunxi asked curiously, “What is it?”
