Chapter 103: I Almost Believed Him
Shen Tian’s willingness to teach him surprised Qin Yundi to a great extent and tears started forming in his narrow eyes.

Shen Tian asked Jiu’er to create a drop of water. He pointed at the water drop and said, “Look, Junior Brother. This water drop consists of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.”
Qin Yundi could not really understand it, but he nodded anyway. “Okay, two Yin atoms and one Yang atom[1].”
Shen Tian continued.v”We can use lightning to get these atoms again from water through electrolysis.”
Qin Yundi started thinking. “Lightning... can break down water into Yin and Yang atoms?”
Qin Yundi was very smart; after all, he had improvised the Lightning Explosion Talisman on his own. Although he did not understand what Yin and Yang atoms were, following the cultivation mindset, anything to do with Yin and Yang would be very powerful.
No wonder my Lightning Explosion Talisman Array was so strong the last time.
Qin Yundi finally understood what happened that day and looked at Shen Tian full of admiration. “Senior Brother! I understand now! The Yin and Yang atoms can be merged to give off a huge energy outburst after they are bonded by mystic arts, right?”

If Shen Tian needed Qin Yundi to understand the proper science behind it, he would have to teach him chemistry the entire day.

Qin Yundi’s conclusion rendered Shen Tian speechless.
Water breeds life, but it takes nothing from life, just like the state of Wuji. Wuji breeds Taiji, and Taiji breeds Yin and Yang.
So, after electrolysis, water will produce Yin and Yang atoms.

Shen Tian thought for a while and said, “Since hydrogen and oxygen are involved, we’ll call it Hydroxy Divine Lightning!”
Qin Yundi replied, “Yin-Yang Divine Lightning? Okay sure. Just that it might be confused with Yin-Yang Mixed Divine Lightning.”
Shen Tian, “???”
Shen Tian sighed. He felt exhausted and speechless.
Just as he was about to leave, Qin Yundi stopped him.
“Senior Brother! Can I be your follower?”
What?
Shen Tian was befuddled. “What?”
Qin Yundi said sincerely, “Since Senior Brother is our sacred ground’s Saint, you will have your disciples in the future too. I’m willing to follow Senior Brother! I just hope that Senior Brother could teach me one or two things about the art of Yin and Yang. Please accept my request!”
Honestly, Shen Tian was very moved by what Qin Yundi was doing.
He is a true disciple, and he is begging me...
Well... that was a joke. What Shen Tian actually thought was that he could make use of Qin Yundi in the future.
If I managed to guide Qin Yundi to produce Fragmentation Grenades, Lightning Machine Guns, and Divinity Railguns, would those be fortuitous opportunities for him?
If so, I could share those fortuitous opportunities, right? If I cannot encounter one fortuitous opportunity, I’ll just have to make one myself!
