Chino was confused for a moment. It seems that the little bun didn't remember when his birthday was. The old butler had placed him on the top of a chair and supported him as he stood on it. This allowed him to reach the cake layer with candles placed on it.

In the end, his Uncle Yue in his system form of a moon informs him. He is like a moon orbiting around Chino like how moons encircled the earth. System Yue is invisible to everyone aside from its host and the other foreign souls involved to his lord.

After hearing the explanation of his Uncle Yue in his mind, the little bun finally understood the reason for this event. Before he could react, Chino hears someone singing familiar lyrics.

Everyone started singing the moment Young Master Chino arrived in the plaza. Whether it was children and adults, everyone was singing the lyrics of the birthday song for Ximen Chino.
Only his parents remained silent but there's a smile on their faces while looking at their beloved son. Even though his real birthday is still far ahead, Chino still laughed with happiness at this scene.
Especially when a huge towering layered chocolate cake was pushed towards the celebrant. The cake had many layers. Four layers to be exact and each layer had different flavors. It looks like a rainbow though the color sequence wasn't followed.
The first layer is chocolate cake, followed by strawberry shortcake, the third layer is white chocolate, and lastly is dulce de leche layer. On top of the cake is a chibi version of Chino riding on Oreo.
There are only a few candles on the cake to avoid ruining it. The chef who is pushing the cart stopped in front of the birthday celebrant. They lower their heads then smile when they look at Ximen Chino.
"Our dear young master. Happy birthday. Please make a wish and blow your candles~"
"Young master make a wish."
"Hahaha~ blow out the candles."
Ximen Chino could feel everyone looking at him with a smile. They were waiting for him to say his wish. The little bun was hesitant as he really doesn't have a wish at this moment. He has his daddy and father. Some uncles play with him too. There is also his Oreo who spends time with him.
Everyone waited for him to speak and temporarily filled the plaza with silence. What they didn't expect to happen suddenly did come true. In the middle of their happiness, a sudden calamity had befallen them. The guards who were tasked to stay at the town's entrance came running towards them. Some were injured and the scent of blood spread in the plaza.
"Help. H-Help. We're under attack."
"L-L-Lots of zombies... Surrounding the mountain."
"Millions. There are more than millions of zombies!!!"
"A Zombie King and Zombie Queen!!! They exist!!!"
"Run... Run away. Escape!"
The children cried out in fear when they heard this. The adults started panicking as well while the soldiers had ugly expressions on their faces. At this moment everyone had finally remembered the terror of the apocalypse. No matter what happens until every zombie is killed. There will be no such thing as peace.

The initial festive atmosphere was instantly broken. Everyone had forgotten the birthday celebrant and during the chaos, the layered cake in front of Chino was pushed out and had already fallen on the ground.
Little bun Chino stared at his wasted cake. Like his daddy, he loves eating sweets and desserts like cakes and such. Seeing his cake fall on the ground and his chibi figure stepped on, the little bun finally could help but cry.
The little bun tried to stifle his sounds of cry but his big yet adorable eyes at this moment are full of tears. He looks like a bullied baby in his current state. Despite his sadness, almost all of the adults around him run past him. No one noticed as if everyone had forgotten his existence.
But before he could cry loudly someone carried him by holding him up, a pair of huge hands were placed under his armpit lifting his small body afloat from the chair he was standing on. When Chino looked back, he saw his father smiling at him beside his father is his daddy who gently wipes his tears with a soft handkerchief.
Among his uncles, Yun Suisen was grinning at him. He even pinched his chubby cheeks and watched as Uncle Lou Lan lightly hit his Uncle Yun's hand which is just squeezing his cheeks just now. There is also Uncle Xu Lin who brought a plate of tarts from nowhere. It was presented to him with a kind gaze.
Moreover, despite his other uncles being busy they still looked at him and even waved their hands when their eyes met. Then he looked at his father who is now carrying his safety in his arms and his daddy who suddenly kissed his forehead.
"Our dear baby~ daddy and the rest still haven't heard your wish," said Xueya.
Cai Junye also spoke, "Tell it to us. Daddy and father would definitely listen to your wishes."

Ximen Chino didn't reply right away. First, he looked at his surroundings. The scene of children crying, adults running around wearing expressions full of fear and agony. Then the sounds of zombies and fighting just beyond the gates not far from them.

On the other hand, outside the mountain, millions of zombies with ranging levels surrounded the whole mountain. The four zombie generals had split the commands and covered the four sides of the mountain preventing everyone from escaping.
The zombie king, Ye Yan, and zombie queen, Hei Suya, stood by the entrance of the mountain behind them with a great number of lackeys whom they could command at any time.
The first wave of zombies was only made of 100,000 zombies. The ability users and awakened soldiers from the town had hardly blocked the first wave. The reinforcement from inside hadn't come out yet and they already lost a lot of comrades.
The zombie king Ye Yan watched the clear scene of the happenings in the mountain with the use of his system surveillance but for some reason, the scenes within the town were blocked by an unknown power.

A telepathic message was sent all at the same time by the zombie queen. All zombies including the zombie generals had started the attacks from all angles. Millions of zombies squirmed and ran towards the mountain intending for a four-corner zombie siege.
