Before Marshal Sirius and Young Lord Feng Jing...
Feng Jing woke to feel the pure spiritual qi around him. His injured body was now fully healed but a bit weakened due to his soul. He felt the coldness of his body drenched in water but at the same time, there was a source of warmth coming from behind him with his waist pinned over something. He tries to struggle only to make the thing around his hip tighten more.
Suddenly he heard a hoarse yet sexy voice near his ears. It was a familiar voice that instantly calmed him down, "Stop moving. You'll regret it if you don't, baby~"
When that sickeningly sweet pet name entered his ears, Feng Jing's eyes opened immediately and looked at the one holding him. He saw the face of the Marshal but his usual coldness that is akin to abstinence is gone. It was replaced by an irrefutable aura that is full of haughtiness and dangerous feeling.. The arms encircling him on his waist were like a cage that imprisoned him to this man. The feeling of intense possessive love and obsession and being felt within that endless darkness that those black orbs glowing with life have.
A stunned expression appeared on Feng Jing's face for the first time in this world. His mouth was slightly parted as the Marshal hugged him from behind chuckles and immediately invaded his parted mouth. His tongue was instantly caught by Altair Sirius but unlike the usual gentle beginning of their kisses, this kiss was aggressive all the way as if the latter was lamenting about something. His tongue was sucked and bitten until it was numbed.
The kiss only halted when Feng Jing was about to feel what it was like to get drowned alive in saliva.
Cough, cough.
"W-What's... wrong with... you, A'Xia?" asked Feng Jing as he could no longer feel his tongue and his lips were swollen.
The Marshal didn't answer and only pulled him in an even tighter hug and felt his neck being bitten in a gnawing manner. It made him ticklish and sensitive. But the question asked wasn't answered at all by the man.
"Ouch! Enough! Are you a dog!?" yelled Feng Jing as he hit the silent man's head who kept biting him on the neck and collarbone. When he pulled away from the head he saw countless shallow bite marks and hickeys on his neck and collarbones.
But despite being hit the man didn't speak a word at all and just stared at him. His gaze met with Altair Sirius's obsidian's eyes as he spoke. Although they were gentle as usual, there seems to be a force of flame burning in their depths mixing with darkness full of negativity. Emotions like regret, anger, and guilt entangle in it making his gaze gloomier and lonely.
Seeing this Feng Jing instantly held the cheeks of his husband's face and bumps their forehead and stares at each other's eyes. They stare at each other like they were the only ones in the world and they could only see each other regardless of others. Feng Jing finally surmised why his husband is acting like this. The memories of the last world and this one world must have greatly hit him. The reason for his deep sleep was after all to accompany him in his space. Who would have expected that his soul fragments would act so foolish when he is asleep.
Causing the death of his wife.

If not because his wife is okay that Ye Xiajie would have gone mad with all those memories of his soul fragments. Feng Jing pecked his lover's lips and smiled at him affectionately as before.
"My love you didn't do it on purpose. Without your main soul dominating those soul fragments, it is normal they wouldn't act completely the same way as you do. Plus, I had given them suitable punishments for it. Though the latest one seems a bit too much that he had forcefully awakened you," said Feng Jing as he gives his husband some fleeting kisses on the face like a spoiled child. "I'm happy now that you can accompany me in each world and in the Nether System."
Ye Xiajie gave his wife a helpless smile and stopped him from playing around. After giving him a big smack on his lips he hugs him carefully within his embrace. His wife's body in this world is still a bit immature. The marking incident from before wasn't intended and he is not willing to hurt him the second time. But his mischievous wife loves to tease him until he can't hold back any longer.
"Stop teasing me, baby~. It would be bad if I couldn't hold back and hurt your body for the second time. I don't want to hurt you anymore. This time I will be the one to protect you. My memories haven't completely returned yet but I have a few of my memories of you crying in it. It's making me extremely uncomfortable as if I have wronged you the big-time before." said Ye Xiajie and once these words came out of his mouth his wife within his embrace slightly stiffened which didn't escape Ye Xiajie's eyes. "So I indeed made you cry before huh...?"
"It... It's nothing like that... You've never harmed me before. Instead, you had saved me multiple times in the past. It's just that..." Feng Jing didn't continue his explanation and suddenly stopped talking. He obviously didn't want to continue this topic.
Sigh~"Okay. There is no need to tell me for now. I love you no matter what and regardless of what happened in the past. Jing'er you are mine for this lifetime and in all our eternity." said Ye Xiajie.
"Um~" Feng Jing hugs his lover's waist back as he hides his face on his husband's shoulder.
The Marshal could feel the warm tears falling on his shoulder. He didn't ask why his wife was crying. He only gently pats his back comforting him until he once again falls asleep.

Marshal Sirius returned to the Camp before anyone knew about it. He had brought back his wife who wanted to see his injured aide Lin Yven and left the job of explaining to his husband. He heads to the tent where everyone is. As soon as he entered, silence descended in the tent and no one was willing to speak first. Even Feng Yang who had shouted at him multiple times for what happened with his wife. He had also heard the weird message the Empress had sent to his son.
"Let's first start talking about the most urgent one. Sister Feng Yue, go ahead..." said the Marshal as he closed his eyes intending to listen.
Once he did this the pressuring aura around him had lessened and the rest were able to breathe normally like before.
King Regulus Zenith pulled a seat for his wife to use. He then urges her to share the news about the weird message sent to him.
"Dear, what happened?" asked King Zenith with his usual pampering tone.
Feng Yue first glances at his scary brother-in-law then towards her husband, brothers, and elders. After taking a deep breath to calm her nerves she finally started talking.
"Actually, it is a message for you, dear. A personal message from Mother Empress. I watched it first as it is a video recording. Anyway, you should watch it yourself instead." said the Imperial Crowned Queen, Feng Yue.
Everyone watched the recording played before them. The figure of Imperial Empress Mother, Tang Adhara appeared on the holographic screen. Everyone could see that there was something weird going on as the Empress's face was pale and covered in a cold sweat as if bearing something painful. Her pants were heard and the tormented expression appeared on her beautiful face.
[My beloved Zen'er~ Don't return... to the Palace. Everyone is... no more. They've all changed. Something in them... argh~ pants~ Son, don't come here. The Imperial Family... aah~ is no more. I love you... my son~]
She hurriedly pressed the sent message with her trembling hands only the gentle smile at the end signifies the Empresse is still herself.
Then the Empress in the recording had gone mad as she grabbed her hair and her eyes turned bloodshot as she glared at the video. Using the same voice but different temperaments can be seen.
[Fucking bitch! She sent a message to her son before I took over her body! Someone blocked this message, it mustn't... ----!!!]
The recording was cut off at that moment and the video turned black signifying that the message had been sent successfully to the receiver which is the Crowned King Regulus Zenith.
Everyone's expression turned gloomy and dark. Only the Marshal who opened his eyes to watch the recording suddenly emits an even more dangerous aura around him. There's a hint of rage burning in his eyes as he glares at the black screen before him. He knew what that scene meant, especially when he witnessed how the empress's personality changed in that split second.
The Marshal's thoughts, 'Most human vessels with roles were occupied by us. This means if those bastards entered this world they can only use the body of the aliens. This must be a mistake by someone young and inexperienced from their side.'
Marshal Sirius glanced at his subordinate wearing the vessel of Major General Drake. He saw him nod as he knew that his lord wanted him to warn the Old Marshal whom this body works for. But before he could do so everyone saw Nova Seren pulling out a personal line connected to her foster father and husband.
The faces of the Old Marshal Janus and Lieutenant General Nova Revel appeared in front of her. She sent the same video recording that the empress had sent.
Marshal Janus noticed the other faces shown on the screen of her daughter and saw the annoying face of that damn brat Altair Sirius. Nova Revel revealed a happy smile seeing his wife on the screen but before they could even speak, Nova Seren broke the news to them. Just based on her tone it must be extremely urgent.
"Father, Dear, watch this video for me and tell me everything that you might know about this," said Nova Seren.
The two had received the recording and everyone witnessed their expression turning serious. Nova Revel even cursed in disbelief.
"Fuck! Isn't it the same as those spies I've captured!" exclaimed Nova Revel. "Is this the Empress!? If this is real, that means everyone in the Imperial Palace is no longer human!"
Everyone was shocked by what they heard.
Feng Yang asked, "Uncle Revel, what do you mean by that?"

Then as if giving them an answer the communicator on the Marshal's wrist rang. He received a compilation of reports which includes pictures about zerg race special types. He had shared the report for everyone to see. Everyone exhaled in disbelief.
King Regulus Zenith was the most surprised as he read the reports before him. He fell dazed as he covered his face.
"Parasitic Zerg. Anyone who was taken over is dead." murmured the crowned king who was suddenly orphaned before he knew it. His queen beside him was also crying as she read the news in front of her.
"No fucking way~," said Xue Ying in hysteria.
Feng Yue knew that this document must be sent by their Grandfather Janus and everything is real and the proof for this weird video. It can only be meant that the Imperial Family had perished and their vessels were taken over by the zerg race. While they were stuck here on the Planet because of the impending war.
The silent old Marshal looked at everyone and his gaze landed on the one who remained calm despite this unbelievable news. He truly admires this young man's steel-like nerves and calmness regardless of any situation except when his wife is involved. Though he is rash most of the time, he could still make sure he would be alive in the end.
