Chapter 614: In Broad Daylight
Xiao Qin ate too much seafood and couldn’t sit up on the mat for the time being.
“It would have been good if it was just me and Ye Lin classmate. There’s a lot of stuff we can do outdoors…”

I cut them up in front of them and served them on enamel trays for them to take back to their picnic mat.

When they walked away with the melons, they looked back at me strangely, as if I, the sports committee member, had finally done my duties for the first time since I was appointed the position.
Hey, I think I did pretty well during the basketball tournament. Why do you guys only remember me when it comes to sharing food?
I guess you can get along with girls as long as you give them sweets. There’s a method going around the internet called Pavlov’s method of picking up girls and the first rule is to make sure the girl is conditioned to win sweets from you.
No wonder last time when the teacher wanted to show us a movie, many girls proposed to watch “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. Xiao Qin replied sadly when Xiong YaoYue asked if she wanted some melon.

It turns out Xiong YaoYue’s target was a mosquito that was circling above Gong CaiCai’s head.
“Die, evil spawn!” Xiong YaoYue quickly grabbed onto the mosquito, then clenched her fist completely squashing it.
Gong CaiCai then understood Xiong YaoYue threw her a melon to free up one of her hands.
“Thank, thank you for your help.” Gong CaiCai said somewhat bewilderingly, “Otherwise I would have been bit again and it would have been itchy and painful…”
Most of it was because of Xiao Qin, so she should hurry up and apologize!
Gong CaiCai soft skin was covered in red marks from mosquito bites. She had quite a large allergic reaction, the class leader helped her apply her a lot of alcoholic hydrosol, but it wasn’t very effective.

What an incredible OCD. If I do something bad one day to the class leader and she cuts me up into pieces, I’m sure she will also cut me into equal sized pieces.

Gong CaiCai wasn’t holding any melons, but she stepped forward out of habit like she was in a queue.

Since Xiong YaoYue tossed a melon to Gong CaiCai, I falsely assumed Gong CaiCai was still holding a melon.
I never saw when Xiong YaoYue took the melon back.
Also, Gong CaiCai had her arms crossed in front of her which made her seem like she was holding two melons.
I already said before due to the light blinding me, I thought there was no difference in color between the class shirts and the melons.
So, I actually forgot Gong CaiCai wasn’t actually holding any melons.
Xiong YaoYue had already handed me the last two melons, so there shouldn’t have been any more.
But what were those in front of my eyes? The sunlight outlined two round shapes that were very similar to the melons. I actually reached out and wanted to take the two melons Gong CaiCai was holding.

As I touched the surface of the melon, Gong CaiCai was like a fish dragged to shore. Her pupils dilated, her face turned white, and she was so frightened that she even forgot to breathe.
