Chapter 797: The Followers Besiege
Mount Qilian was a mountain that stretched from the south to the north. It was similar to a scaled dragon in hibernation, and it split a mountain river, causing it to flow 50 kilometers to the east and the west.
This was one of the Sky-devouring Evil Remnants’ important strongholds, where all sorts of weird incidents took place, hence there were rarely traces of humans.

Numerous tadpole-like runes jumped on it, and a thin blood line connected the handle and the blade. Once the young fellow grabbed the weapon tightly, a red light flickered from the blood line while he stabbed backward by moving his hand close to his right ribs. Concurrently, he swayed his head sideways then tilted it downward.

The dagger penetrated the hungry wolf’s heart. It wailed, but its eyes soon lost their lights, and its aura eventually disappeared.
Ou Yangming furrowed his eyebrows. The devouring power burst out, and a warm current flowed out from the dagger and surged along his meridians, allowing his injuries to recover slightly. As for the evil wolf, it turned into a mottled paper, which was burned and scattered into the air without leaving a trace.
He looked up at the quiet night sky and sighed. ‘If this last Blood Flight was any faster, I’m afraid that I’ll be the first Spiritualist to fall to his death. I’m glad that my body’s tougher than that of my peers, or I would’ve turned into meat paste already.’
The winding mountains were dark and deep. As a whole, they looked like a wild beast that was widening its bloody mouth and picking its prey.

After the voice went away, 3 figures arrived from behind. There were 2 men and 1 lady—the big man in the lead was a Spiritualist of top-grade in the middle stage, whereas the 2 others were only Spiritualists in the middle stage. Given their team, they could go against even a Spiritualist in the late stage.

The saber-light came from the leader. His eyes lit up as he looked at Ou Yangming’s spear, then he waved his hand and said, “I’m taking this spear. On the contrary, Ou Yangming’s movement was simple; he simply wielded his spear like a brush, but it found the saber-light’s weakest point and broke up Li He’s stance.
