It also coincided with what he had to do if he wanted to stand against Ambrose and the others, and whatever plans they had within these 9 Universes that they carried out the Universal Amalgamation.
Noah would go to these Universes as the targets of Conquest, obtaining Vassals within them as he raised strong enough forces to possibly break apart the Universal Constructs that Hegemonies were protecting!
If he himself broke into the Universal Realm, would beings like Ambrose be able to stop him?
At a rank where he would have obtained 50 Billion Dao Galaxies that he could even use to elevate a Grand Dao to a Cosmic one?!
The truly powerful enemy he saw was the mysterious Chronos that could utilize the terrifying Daos of Reincarnation and Chronos, but as long as he used Protagonist's Bookmark and obtained these Daos himself, what was to stop him from being able to stand against such an opponent?

His main body in the Dark Universe had swirling fortune and destiny raging all around him as Noah finalized his thoughts, the Primordial Ruination Clone in the Animus Universe moving across the rivers of blood his Summons and subordinates created as he moved to end the Universal War.

His voice reverberated out of the bloody chaotic void as the forces of the 5 Bloodline Races felt their hearts turn cold.
His words also stopped the movements of the Animus Summons that were fused with his clones, their gazes cold as they locked on to the billions of creatures still filling up the legions of the Bloodline Races!
The brutal battlefield came to a halt as the eyes of all focused on the figure of the Tyrant Dragon that could not even be killed by a Hegemony.

As he spoke, the figure of the Tyrant Dragon let out waves of oppressive power that caused the few remaining enemy paragons to quake, none of them moving forward as his gaze domineering waved over the billions of Monarchs, Great Sages, Sages, and Entities that made up their Legions.

As Noah said these words, the essence of a certain Dao began to fill up the body of the Primordial Ruination Clone as he prepared for it to be released onto the region with billions of beings wildly.
It was, of course, the Dao of Fealty!

The hearts of those that had already become Vassals among the 4 allied Bloodline Races buzzed as the hearts of the 5 enemy bloodline races shook.
They sensed a unique dao beginning to wrap around them with the words of the Tyrant Dragon, his gaze utterly cold as he continued with his words!
"You will pledge Fealty...or face Annihilation!"

Mana wildly erupted from Noah as the essence of the Dao of Fealty spread throughout.
In front of the eyes of all beings floating amidst the rivers of blood near the Draconic Holy Lands, a prompt appeared.
[In exchange for a portion of his power, bind a portion of your soul to Noah Osmont and become his Vassal. Do you wish to swear Fealty to the Tyrannical Emperor?]
Noah didn't even bother hiding his name at this point.
He gave them the same prompt that he gave Valentina, all of the billions of powerful creatures of the bloodline races seeing this prompt appear brightly in front of them as they reached a point of no return for their long lives!

The 10 Animus Summons that Noah controlled lined up behind him as their bodies released horrendous waves of power, the essence of Cosmic Daos leaking from every single one of them.
The wrathful Queen Dowager whose body was bathed by blood for the retribution of her race.
The cerulean crowned boy who held a smile but had eyes filled with a hidden pain as the last being of his race.
The Twin Draconic Serpents that had just joined Noah's ranks.
The luminous Golden Crow with flames scorching the chaotic void, the Galaxy Devouring Serpent, Colossal Helios Leviathan, the kingly Calamity Bear, the vibrant Obsidian Panther, and the star sized Oculothorax carrying out deadly rays of soul destroying light!
All of these beings let out horrendous waves of power as they floated in front of the billions of creatures of the Bloodline Races.
With such a force behind him, Noah's figure of the Tyrant Dragon was filled with regality and majesty as he called out grandly once more.

The hearts of the fearful Bloodline Races that had seen this singular being survive even attacks of Paragons wavered and shook.

Each of the billions that had begun to pledge Fealty felt mana fill them to the brim as Noah got his first feeling of what Conquest would be like at this moment.
From the Bloody Battlefields Galaxies, Chronos and other Hegemonies had their gazes cross the void of space as they watched this scene with somber eyes.
Past the boundary of the Animus Universe, Valentina watched this scene with a sharp light as Oathkeeper and the others watched on with intense gazes!
In the Dark Universe where Noah's main body was, his starry eyes gazed all around him as rivers of Universal Fortune began to form!
The glimmers of gold and wonder raged around him, Marks of Antiquity forming in the hundreds of thousands every second as rainbow colored Dao Galaxies began to light up in his Origin.
It was the boon of Conquest, and it was just a small test of it!
