The mountains of Undead that the Lich Emperor Agobo covered tens of thousands of miles as if one were to look at from a far distance, they would almost mistake the mass of creatures for moving planetary bodies!
All of these beings numbered in the billions and over ten Paragons and hundreds of Monarchs were among them.
When the Necrotic Ring of Death spread out, it bloomed beautifully as the chain reaction of deaths and expansion of the area of effect caused it to hit 1,000,000% in a few seconds, and this 1 million was enough for the circular dreadful Ring of Death to occupy over a million miles...covering the entire Legions of Billions of Undead!

Lich Emperor Agobo trembled as he felt the swirling tide of death instantly spread out to even reach him, his purple throne of bones becoming decimated an instant later as he felt a heart rending pain from the swirling Daos within the rotating Ring of Death.

He bellowed out painfully as his body lit up with a gorgeous obsidian purple luster, this essence covering his body protectively as he could do nothing else but focus on defending!
Mind you, the +1,000,000% was also an increase in All Damage. If Paragons were having trouble dealing with it as they fought for their lives…
Agobo barely raised his titanous body as his flaming eye sockets looked around, the flames within flickering incredulously as he saw the Monarchs that were beside him were already turned into nothingness!
The Great Sages...just a pile of bones that joined the Necrotic Ring of Death!
The Sages and Entities...were even the first to die as they helped bring this terrifying reality to fruition.
When one pulled really far back and looked at the area where the Legions of Undead that Lich Emperor Agobo led, they would only be able to find a terrifying swirling mass of bones and Dao Essences destroying everything within over 1 Million miles of the chaotic void!
The only thing visible was 10 PARAGONS that were barely hanging by as every passing second the cloud of swirling death tore apart their defenses, the light of protection seeming like a flicker in the night as it could go away at any second.
So out of the billions of Undead that formed the Legions Agobo led with the command of the Hegemony of Necromancy...only 10 Paragons remained alive.

The watching Hegemony of Necromancy that was getting ready to observe a long and drawn out battle to better understand this enemy that Chronos and the others couldn't figure out found his skeletal jaw nearly falling off.
The newly summoned Lich Emperors that Noah called forth who were about to lead their forces to attack...even they were silent as the flames in their eyes stared towards the being that had summoned them in shock!
Mind you...none of the Undead from Noah's Legions had even attacked their enemies, they only came within a mile of them before the Necrotic Ring of Death met the first enemies and then expanded to cover over a million miles just seconds later.
But it wasn't just the Hegemony of Necromancy and Lich Emperors that were shocked, even the caster and the creator of the skills that brought everything to fruition...even Noah had no words as he watched this shocking scene!
This…this was a bit too powerful!
Maybe a tad bit overpowered!

Noah sat on his throne of Dao Essences with his skeletal hands propping up his chin, seemingly lost in thought as he had risen to a stage where he wiped out hundreds of millions of Entities, Sages, and Great Sages within seconds- Monarchs taking just a bit longer as only Paragons remained while fighting for their lives with the overwhelming damage that the Necrotic Ring of Death was dealing!
The skill tree bordered on the side of balance shattering as even Noah was taken aback, recalling the 12 Billion Skill Point price tag for this skill tree.
As for its effects of decimating all of the enemy forces in seconds?
Well, he needed to have at least some of his enemies alive for them to swear fealty!
Nothing would come out of him erasing billions in seconds except instilling a deep sense of fear, and this thought reminded him of the 10 Paragons that were about to have any spark of life extinguished as they faced eternal Death.
His golden flame within his eye sockets flared as his essence moved, a prompt appearing in front of these 10 Undead Paragons as Noah tried to salvage the situation!

The prompt appeared brightly in the minds and vision of the Paragons that nearly had their lives snuffed out from the ridiculous skills, Lich Emperor Agobo being the first to look upon this prompt as his mind sent his thoughts forward soon after.
He had told something to Noah before the battle began less than a minute ago that was very clear in his mind.
'There is no need for words between the Dead. Let us simply fight to see which side is more proficient in death!'
No words needed and which ones were proficient in death!
The being that even the Hegemony he followed told him to stand against...was too damn proficient in Death.
"I Swear Fealty to the Tyrannical Lich Emperor."

The strongest lich Emperor took the first step, the remaining 9 followed before their lives were snuffed out by the terrifying swirling mass of death and destruction!
A second after they swore Fealty, they felt no damage from the terrifying cloud of death as their souls buzzed with activity- feeling their Origins elevated as a brand new strength began to fill their bones.

Similar to the Legions of Undead Noah brought that weren't affected by the Necrotic Ring of Death, these Undead Paragons now joined the same ranks as they enjoyed the perks!
Lich Emperor Agobo's purple flames shook as he stared towards the Tyrannical Lich Emperor sitting upon an enormous multicolored throne.
The Ancient Undead Titan fell to his knees a second later as he called out reverentially.

The first Undead Paragon kneeled as the other 9 soon followed, a shocking scene playing out in one corner of the Necrotic Universe as many of the beings watching it found themselves watching a stupor.
Noah himself was given a bit of a shock at what he had done as his skill creation this time had been a tad bit too broken, his first battle within the Necrotic Universe ridiculously finishing in seconds as only 10 of the strongest beings were able to pledge Fealty!
It was the birth of an Ultimate skill tree that could be used to end all battles, the birth of a set of skills built for brutal Conquest!
