Chapter 1538: Truly A Seer!
The connections that a figurehead of a Cardinal Royal Bloodline had were robust and unfathomable.
As an existence below the Realm of Reality tasked with representing a Cardinal Royal Bloodline and overseeing the small tasks of their race, they were busier than most beings as they had to collate information on the workings of an uncountable number of Realities- only being able to manage such a thing by designating Generals under them to manage all the Prime and Emerging Realities while reporting to them!
Their identity was special as they has access to many resources, with it being a common knowledge that the Emperors of Cardinal Royal Bloodlines would be the ones that were guaranteed to reach the stage of a Legend once their tenure was over.
Such a being…had countless connections as many already considered them halfway towards the authority of a Legend!
This was the reason why a single word from the Royal Wolf Emperor could cause grand waves as he didn’t have to do a single thing.
He didn’t make a move during the siege on the Isles of the Gilded Forge, and neither did he do anything for any of the Prime Realities they subjugated thereafter! He simply oversaw everything and received the reports of the other Armadas he had sent out as those mobilized for this incursion against the Primal Titan Bloodline were only a fraction of the power and force that the Cardinal Royal Wolf Bloodline could deploy.
When the commands of the Royal Wolf Emperor spread to the special existences that were Seers, they didn’t even have to be among the Bloodline of Primordials to want to help as lending aid to such a being was something they would even rush to do!
There were a few prominent Seers who held unique Quasi-Insuperable or Insuperable Nomological Edicts that were geared towards gazing through mysteries, but these beings didn’t find anything substantial as they were nothing to worry about.
But there were always exceptions.

In an unknown location, arcs of Pandemonium formed into destructive lightning as buzzed across a region as vast as a cluster of Cosmos.
Towards the very center of this destructive region that would pulverize Seventh Firmament existences in a few microseconds, an aura of abundant life force could be felt as there was an existence shrouded in darkness.
Shockingly, one could see his bronze skin shining with a metallic luster as the arcs of Pandemonium seemed to swirl around him, the most surprising thing being that on the exceedingly handsome face of this existence, one could actually see that their eyes…were mere sockets!
There were no actual eyes within them as it seemed like an endless abyss was swirling at the center of his face.
“Mmm…a favor for the Wolf Emperor would open up a few pathways of destiny.”
His voice was scratchy as he spoke, giving off a feeling of age and mystery as his abysmal empty eyes released swirls of darkness that caused an abnormal number of eaves of golden destiny to erupt from him!
“Noah Osmont…let us see everything there is to know about you…

Essence moved chaotically and with utter abandon as the Pandemonium is the surrounding churned, seas of golden destiny erupting out as fortune washed over it in waves.
The eyes of this ancient existence within an unknown Reality released beams of dark light as gradually, these beams began to show shocking images of none other than…Noah!
“Let’s see…huh, actually having an ounce of difficulty?”
The calm and laid back expression on this being changed as this was unusual for him to come across.
Anybody he wanted to find out about, he could do so with ease as the only beings who gave him trouble were those in the Ninth Firmament of Ascendancy, or those who were close to reaching the same stage of concepts as him!
This was because he was an ancient existence who had lived for eons and was among those who could move with impunity into the Firmaments of Ascendancy.
A Ninth Firmament existence…that was known as the Eyeless Hermit!
BZZZT!
The waves of destiny erupted with even more fervor as a serious expression appeared on The Eyeless Hermit.
The black light he released caused the images of Noah to solidify as the voice of this ancient creature rang out in a mesmerizing fashion.
“Seventh Firmament of Ascendancy…what? An age of Soul lower than a hundred? This…where are you-“

The Essence of this being was about to move towards solving a mystery focused on the direction of a location when instantly, the black beams of light his empty eye sockets released were retracted and shattered!
An instant later, the body of the Eyeless Hermit trembled as he spat out golden blood, his expression not calm anymore as it carried a trace of shock and surprise!
“Cut off? Me?”
His own words seemed to speak of the disbelief and shock as he wasn’t just cut off, but he was rebounded completely as such a thing wasn’t possible unless there was…
“A Quasi-TABOO Nomological Edict geared towards Destiny?”

The empty sockets of this being shone with boundless abyssal light as he calmed down instantly.
ᴘ ᴀɴ ᴅᴀ-ɴᴏᴠ ᴇʟ, ᴄᴏᴍ His eyes flashed three times as in the next moment, Obsidian illusory screens showing the devilishly handsome figure of Noah situated on a faint golden throne could be seen. These were the images captured before the shocking rebound occurred, with the other illusory black screens pulled up showing a blooming Seed of Reality, a faint bloody figure, and a faint golden book!
Glimpses of knowledge.
This was all that the existence who had been closest to finding out and possibly helping in clipping the wings of a Tyrant who was flying much too fast had gotten!
“Who are you, really?”
And at this moment…a fixation also bloomed as the abyssal eyes of a unique Ninth Firmament existence stared at the image of Noah situated on the throne, this figure seemingly staring back at him as a knowing smile could be seen on its lips…his eyes bathed in gold as he seemed to be looking right back!
At this same moment in time.
Within the Cosmic Holy Land.
Noah was taking on a similar posture exactly to what a certain existence had captured, even having the same expression as it only deepened with its devilishness, resonant words ringing from his lips!
“The Eyeless Hermit…”
The identity of an existence he had no knowledge of before and nor should he have had any knowledge of now was uttered from his lips as after the shocking action he took of elevating Dictum Emperor to the Quasi-TABOO level, this was only a portion of how his capabilities had been elevated.
For one, he would from now on be able to know the identity of every single being who tried to utilize destiny to gaze towards his direction!
