Chapter 174 – What A Coincidence
On the way back, because there was a bus on the way, Jiang Ruolan didn't bother to call for a taxi.
Sitting at the back of the bus with her forehead against the window, looking at the street scenery as she passed by, she unknowingly had passed the bus stop. Only when the radio in the bus announced that it was the last stop, Jiang Ruolan suddenly raised her head and looked around.
"Miss, this is the last stop." Jiang Ruolan was the only one left on the bus. The driver kindly turned around and called to her.
She got off the bus and glanced at the Ling Group's building and was about to turn around to call a taxi, when she suddenly felt a dull pain in her head. The feeling of the world spinning assaulted her. She lost her balance and quickly leaned against the station sign.
Jiang Ruolan should listen to the doctor and try her best not to come out before the wound heals completely. But it was too late to regret now. She painfully rubbed her forehead, waiting for the headache to pass.

Jiang Ruolan put down her hand on her forehead and slowly opened her eyes. She forced herself to pretend that nothing had happened, but she could only remain leaning on the signboard. She turned around and looked coldly at Han Xuegang, who was walking towards her.
"Vice President Han, what a coincidence." Jiang Ruolan smiled, but the smile did not reach her eyes.
"I heard you got hurt a while ago." Han Xuegang walked closer to her and saw that her face was pale to the point of being scary. He also noticed that she seemed to be leaning on the wall weakly and instinctively reached out his hand to help her. "Why are you here? Your face is so pale. What's wrong with you? What happened?"
The moment his hand touched her, she subconsciously moved away.
"I have no other intentions. If you are not well, I will send you to the hospital." Han Xuegang was wearing a neat suit, and the badge on his chest represented that he had been promoted to general manager. He grabbed her arm and made a gesture to help her up.
"I'm fine." Jiang Ruolan took a step to the side, but her headache was getting worse. "Please let go!"
"I know you don't want to see me, I mean no harm. How about this, I'll drive you to the hospital. As long as you get to the hospital, I'll leave immediately!" With that, he grabbed her arm again and pulled her away from the signboard.
"I don't need you to care about me!" Jiang Ruolan shook his hand, but she was still weak and suddenly fell to the ground under a stop sign.
Han Xuegang wanted to help her, but she looked at him coldly. He did not touch her again.
"You look terrible." Han Xuegang frowned. The worry in his eyes was obvious, but he also knew her personality and didn't dare to touch her again.
"This is my own problem. You have no right to know or worry about me." Jiang Ruolan didn't even look at him, but she knew that with her current condition, she probably wouldn't be able to go back. It was already evening, and Xian Zihao should have already gotten off work.
Jiang Ruolan took her phone from her bag and called him. The call went through, but no one answered for a long time.
"A man you can't even see through, you dare give your heart to him? Jiang Ruolan, you're too blind!"
Qin Gengxin's sarcastic voice entered her ears. Jiang Ruolan put down her phone and raised her hand to hold the pillar next to her. She stood up slowly, not even bothering to look at Han Xuegang, who hadn't left.

It was Xian Zihao.
Jiang Ruolan looked at the caller and heaved a sigh of relief. She then gently put the phone to her ear.
"Ruolan? I was in a meeting and my cell phone is in my office. Did you call me?" Xian Zihao's voice was soft and gentle, filled with concern.
"Zihao, I'm at the bus stop opposite the Ling Group." She barely managed to hold on as she leaned against the sign.
Xian Zihao was startled for a moment, but he did not ask why she was at the Ling Group. "Wait for me. It'll be there in ten minutes."
When he hung up the phone, Han Xuegang still didn't leave, and Jiang Ruolan didn't even look for him.
"I'm very sorry about what happened to Fei'er last time."
Suddenly, Han Xuegang said softly.
Jiang Ruolan acted as if she didn't hear him and just stood there, not responding at all.
For her, there were some things that cannot change after four years. However, there was also something that can change, something that was rotten and will only hurt her heart.

Xian Zihao said that he would be here in ten minutes, but he had only taken eight minutes to arrive. From Xian Group to Ling Group, generally with a car will take close to twenty minutes, but he had only used eight minutes.
The black Land Rover stopped at the side of the road. Xian Zihao walked to Jiang Ruolan with concern. The concern in his eyes was so real that she really believed he had feelings for her.
Xian Zihao had always given her so much trust, and even when he saw Han Xuegang, his expression didn't change.
"Why did you come here?" Xian Zihao asked while pulling her to his embrace.
"It's too boring at home. I'm just going for a walk." Jiang Ruolan leaned against his chest, breathing in the scent of his body. However, her eyes were closed from exhaustion, and she felt like her head was about to explode from the pain.
"Nonsense!" Xian Zihao frowned. He could see the discomfort that was on her face. "I only allowed you to come home because I saw that you were too bored in the hospital. It seems that it's better that you are hospitalized!"
Despite being somewhat critical, Xian Zihao did not hesitate to carry him to the car. Seeing her frowning and closed eyes, he sighed helplessly.
Xian Zihao immediately closed the car door. He didn't even look at Han Xuegang before driving to the hospital.
Jiang Ruolan had lost too much blood, and she would experience temporary dizziness or shock due to rejection within a month after receiving a large amount of blood transfusions.
