Chapter 604 – Unexpected Situation
Xian Guiying nodded and ignored her family members. She followed the nurse and changed into sterile clothes. After washing her hands, she hurried into the ICU wards.
Xian Family stood outside the window, occasionally asking the nurses and doctors about the child's condition and occasionally looking at Xian Guiying, who was sitting beside the bed.
Qin Wenqian slept soundly. Xian Guiying sat lightly in the chair next to the bed. When she saw her daughter's soft hand pierced by the tube, her heart ached. She slowly held her daughter's hand and looked at her little face.

As Xian Guiying spoke, she lowered her head and gently kissed her daughter's hand. Her eyes were filled with tender love.
Qin Wenqian did not respond, as if she could not hear Xian Guiying's voice at all or feel her mother's presence. She continued to sleep, not moving at all.
Xian Guiying held back the pain in her heart. She just sat there blankly, looking at her daughter's face.

The sound on the machine showed signs of life, sometimes weak, sometimes fickle.
Xian Guiying stayed in the ward for two hours. In these hours, Qin Wenqian never once moved. Xian Guiying kept watching her until a nurse came in and told her to leave. Then, she stood up and reluctantly came out of the ICU, kept looking back at her daughter thrice.

"Mom, you guys can go back and rest. You don't actually have to stay in the hospital."
"Your brother also plans to come, but Chiahao and An Na are still young. He also doesn't want Ruolan to know about Cui Luixian so she won't be scared. So we told him to go back to the Greenville Residence first."
"He will come tomorrow morning. Your family will be with you, don't be afraid, Guiying." Zhan An took her hand and held it gently.

Xian Guiying once again looked up and looked at her father and grandfather. Her eyes were cold and expressionless.

Xian Zihao had told Xian Guiying that Cui Luixian and the man were already being handled by the police. Police were trying to prepare a long line for now, planning to arrest everyone behind the man in one attack.
After hearing that Cui Luixian's location had been exposed, Xian Guiying, who stood alone in front of the washroom, sighed in relief. She had just come out of the intensive care room this morning, but Qin Wenqian still showed no signs of waking up.
And two hours ago, Xian Zihao had told her that after Qin Gengxin left the police station to record his statement, he could not contact him nor find his whereabouts.
As Xian Guiying stood in front of the water dispenser, slowly digesting all the news, a nurse suddenly ran upstairs as if she was looking for someone.
