Qin Gengxin didn't say anything and just closed his eyes.
Wei Zhengsheng looked at him, "Qin Gengxin, are you really that cruel to make your daughter not see her own father until she's almost three years old? How cruel are you to be unwilling to go home for a meal with your wife after the marriage? How ruthless are you to changed Xian Guiying into this?"
Qin Gengxin did not say a word. He looked down, pressed both his hands on his forehead, and did not retort.
"By all rights, after she got married, I should have been married to a woman that had been arranged by my parents and have a child. When I saw her end up marrying the person she loves, I thought she would be very happy. But every day, I would see that forced smile of hers."
Wei Zhengsheng continued to speak softly, "That's why I have decided to keep an eye on her. I know that in a situation like that, sooner or later, she will collapse. Without you by her side and if I am married, what do you think will happen to her once she breaks down?"
Qin Gengxin looked at him indifferently, "If you love her so much, why didn't you take action long before she got married? Wei Zhengsheng, don't talk to me like you are a sane person. We're all men, I know your thought better than anyone else!"
Qin Gengxin sneered coldly.
Wei Zhengsheng raised his eyebrow, "Before marriage, her heart will not be able to accept others in it."
Qin Gengxins expression froze and his eyebrows furrowed slightly.
"It's you." Wei Zhengsheng looked at him with a faint smile. "Qin Gengxin, you are the only person who owned her heart all this time, but then, you also are the one who personally emptied her heart."
Qin Gengxin just sat there blankly and didn't say anything. Wei Zhengsheng looked at him for a moment before slowly standing up. He took out the key, opened the door, and entered.
When the door closed, Qin Gengxin suddenly remembered something. He turned his head to look at the tightly closed door and immediately muttered a curse. "Shit!"
Xian Guiying actually gave the keys to the house to Wei Zhengsheng! Was she completely unguarded or did she never treat Wei Zhengsheng as an outsider?
Qin Gengxin sighed and rubbed his glabella.
"Mr. Qin, I make biscuits and cakes, do you want to eat them?" At this moment, the opposite door opened and Nanny Yuan walked out with a beaming smile. In her hand, she held a plate of freshly baked biscuits.
Qin Gengxin stood up and ignored her. He walked downstairs.

Qin Gengxin stopped and looked at the biscuit in her hand. "How much sugar did you put in it?"
"Oh, it's without sugar, I'm afraid eating too much sugar will harm your body." Nanny Yuan laughed out loud as she lifted the plate in her hand with a complacent look in her eyes.
Qin Gengxin pointed with his chin at the door that was tightly closed in front of him and said, "Give it to the child in the house opposite us. Let's say that it was you who gave it to them, not me."
If Qin Wenqian knew the biscuit was from him, he was afraid that she would never eat it.

He looked back at the child that was lying on the couch without making a sound.
As he was about to close the door, the door opposite him suddenly opened. The woman he met a few days ago walked out.
Nanny Yuan was holding plates of cakes and biscuits in her hand and some pastries that looked like they had just been made, and she walked over and said, "Hello sir, don't close the door yet. You have a child, aren't you? I just made a dessert and wanted to give it to you. Here, take it."
