Looks like you have a fever. Hurry up and take medicine." As he spoke to her, he placed his arm around her waist and pushed her stiff body towards the master bedroom.
Jiang Ruolan stared at his face, which was as beautiful as nature, with suspicion in her eyes. Xian Zihao brought her into the room and pushed her out of sight. Then he put his hand down and started rummaging through the drawers.
"What are you doing?" she whispered in confusion.
He simply turned his head to the side and glanced at her without saying a word.
Jiang Ruolan came to a realization. Did he do all this to made Cui Liuxian retreat? He clearly said that this marriage was just to shut the people's mouth and had nothing to do with love, but even so, he still respected this marriage. At the very least, wouldn't it make things difficult if there was a third party between them?
She quietly watched him close the drawer. She felt a bit funny, but at the same time, she felt touched.
Was Xian Zihao defending her?

Jiang Ruolan smiled at him from the bottom of her heart.
Xian Zihao closed the drawer again and turned to look at her casually. "The Old Master affirmed the marriage between Cui Liuxian and me. You must be prepared when we go to Xian Mansion this weekend."

"Ruolan has a fever? Is it serious? Does she need to go to the hospital?" Zhan An's concerned voice came from the living room.
"It's not a serious fever, just let her rest early today." Xian Zihao said indifferently, as he looked at Cui Liuxian, "How's grandpa's health?"
Cui Liuxian had been standing there in a daze the entire time. When she heard Xian Zihao talk to her, she immediately raised her head and a sweet smile quickly appeared in her seemingly well-trained eyes. "Grandpa's body is fine, but he really missed you. Zihao, are you going back at the Mid-Autumn Festival this weekend?"
Seeing him nod, Cui Liuxian immediately became happy. "Really? Then I must tell grandpa about this good news sooner!"
"Mm, tell the old man that Ruolan will come with me too. We will both spend the Mid-Autumn Festival together."

Zhan An glanced at Xian Zihao and saw he was still calm. "Zihao, didn't Ruolan just arrive at H City recently? She definitely doesn't have many friends here. Liuxian is the same age as her, so maybe they will be a good friend once they get to know each other."
