Mu Xi stared blankly at his departing figure, and when she turned around, she saw her charge with her head lowered, her face devoid of any expression.
Saying that the actress’s face was devoid of any expression might not be apt as the woman was in fact struggling to keep her emotions in check. Her palms were balled into fists for a long time until eventually she slowly relaxed them.
Inwardly the assistant found the two artists to be a perfect match; if Shishi were to be with Xingze, she would be very happy, too, would she not?
