When Mu Yazhe entered the waiting room, he saw Yun Shishi lying on the bed in a very strange position. She had her hands around her swollen belly and was groaning in pain. Her face was covered in a sprinkling of perspiration as if she was trying her best to suppress the pain.
Seeing this, he felt an indescribable pain in his heart.
Previously, he had read a lot of information and it was said that it was especially painful for a woman to give birth. In a woman’s life, the greatest pain is childbirth, all other pain is simply fleeting in comparison!
There was an employee in the company who suffered massive bleeding during childbirth. It was so painful she thought she’d die.
He walked up to the bed and sat down on it. When Yun Shishi turned and realized that it was him, she immediately started complaining, “Mu Yazhe! It’s all your fault! If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have to suffer like this! It’s all your fault!”
Mu Yazhe’s gave an awkward laugh, it wasn’t an elegant smile but it did look apologetic!
Yun Shishi was most indignant when she heard him laugh, she said gloomily, “What are you laughing at?! You have the cheek to laugh! I’m about to die from the pain…”
The man’s heart ached as he gently caressed her cheeks. The expression in his eyes was tender. Naturally, as a man, he did not argue with her now that she was about to give birth. Even if she rebuked him, he would accept it.
“If you feel better scolding me, then go ahead.”
Yun Shishi was stunned for a moment. Then another bout of contractions came. The corner of her eyes twitched in pain as she narrowed them. The thought of the grievances and sufferings she had had to put up with in the past nine months made her angry.
“Hmph! I’m don’t want to have a baby anymore!”
Mu Yazhe coaxed her, “Alright, alright. Let’s not have a baby anymore!”
“I’m serious! I want to go home! You can have a baby by yourself, I’m not having one!”
“Okay, okay. I’ll have a baby by myself, I’ll do it.”
His response only made Yun Shishi even angrier. Feeling really upset now, she started crying, “I don’t want to give birth anymore. It hurts…”
At this point, she couldn’t care less about being reserved and started wailing, “I really don’t want to give birth anymore…”
At this point in time, how could she possibly get out of having a baby?
Mu Yazhe was both angry and amused, but coaxed her patiently, “Bear with it. Bear with it and it’ll pass!”
He could understand her anxiety and uneasiness, but his heartache aside, he was more than willing to bear all her pain if he could, however, he was helpless.
After all, he was a man and did not have such an ability.

A nurse who was passing by remarked, “Your cervix has dilated only the width of two fingers. You have to endure for a while longer. The process will hasten once it has dilated to a width of five fingers! The pain now is because of contractions. Bear with it!”
After saying that, she hurried off.
Yun Shishi let out a muffled groan. Yet another person spoke without a care!
Mu Yazhe let out a soft laugh and lowered his head to kiss the corner of her lips. He said gently, “Honey, try to behave. When our daughter arrives, I’ll help you teach her a lesson and smack her butt!”
“Would you bear to, when she finally arrives?”
As she spoke, she felt another strong wave of contractions and convulsions. She almost screamed in pain.
It was fine when it didn’t hurt, but when her uterus contracted, the pain made her want to scratch the wall!
It was simply killing her!
Yun Shishi was in so much pain that she smashed her head against the wall. Mu Yazhe hurriedly protected her and chided, “What are you doing?!”
“Just let me pass out! It won’t hurt if I pass out!” she said boldly.
He asked, “How are you going to give birth if you pass out?”
