Ning Shu took the silver and left. She first bought all the necessities, then started asking around about the capital.
The news she got stunned her a little. Xuan Hongyu had been pronounced dead. When the fire broke out in Changle Palace, Xuan Xiaotian hastily took advantage of this chance to announce that Xuan Hongyu had died in the fire. ‘Xuan Hongyu’ had even been buried.
Ning Shu furrowed her brows. With this, Xuan Xiaotian had directly cut off all of Xuan Hongyu’s roads of retreat. Xuan Hongyu couldn’t return to his fiefdom anymore since ‘Xuan Hongyu’ was dead.
