“No.” Li Bingpan shook his head and respectfully handed over a cheque. “This is the fifteen thousand dollars she used to make me stay silent. In truth, there was no need for her to do so. Although she came to the room last night, she left right after retrieving her things. She said she cared too much for you and was worried you would misunderstand that something occurred between the two of us. She insisted that I take the money from her. Fang Xinxin sat on Bai Qinghao’s lap as she listened to Li Bingpan’s report. He was completely going along with Fang Manxue’s instructions.
He hid the fact that Fang Manxue had climbed into his bed…

Bai Qinghao glanced at the cheque Li Bingpan was holding. He did not take it from him. “Since she gave it to you, you can keep it.”

Bai Qinghao waved his hand. All the bodyguards immediately understood his meaning and left the room.
Only the both of them were left in the living room.
Fang Xinxin glanced at Li Bingpan’s receding back. She asked him in concern. “Bai Qinghao, do you believe in Li Bingpan’s words?”
“It doesn’t matter one way or another.” Bai Qinghao did not care if Fang Manxue had climbed into Li Bingpan’s bed or not.
Last night’s video was lost and Fang Xinxin had no evidence to show.
The trust between Bai Qinghao and her was only recently established. It was a still very weak connect.
