She then dialled Zhao Cheng’s number to ask. “Butler Zhao, have you found the person responsible for the post?”
“I have. It is a student from your university named Liu Ping, from Year 2, Class 4. This subordinate has already sent the servants to carry out Young Master’s orders.”
“Don’t touch her. We’ll leave this matter be.”
“But…”
“I’ll speak to Bai Qinghao about this.” Fang Xinxin disconnected the call afterwards.
Bai Qinghao lifted his brows. As he glanced at Fang Xinxin, a hint of displeasure flashed past his eyes. “I’m doing this for your sake.”
“I know.” She nodded. “I’m very moved.”
“No one is allowed to hurt you!” His expression was ruthless. “Zhao Cheng will carry out the issued order.”
She shifted on his lap to face him. “Bai Qinghao, listen to me…”
After having experienced one life, she no longer had much sympathy to spare. “I’m not being soft-hearted. “You’re begging me for the sake of an unrelated stranger?” His gaze was filled with displeasure.
She leaned closer to his ear and softly negotiated. “If you let her off, I’ll compensate you well tonight, hmm?”
The sensation of her small hands against his made it hard for him to refuse her. But his tone carried a hint of dissatisfaction. “Only tonight?”
“How long do you want it for, then?” She frowned.
“A week.”
“No problem.” She immediately agreed.
He pressed his palm against her back and forced her closer to him as he said ruthlessly, “Fang Xinxin, you better think carefully about this. I won’t be merciful for the upcoming week.”
She stared at him with some fear… and swallowed heavily. “Great idol, you have to be merciful. At least leave me alive.”
Bai Qinghao watched her sharply and his lips twitched upwards into a ruthless smile.
This was how wonderful she was. He wasn’t someone whose heart would soften!
After Fang Xinxin pleaded with him to message Butler Zhao to undo the earlier instructions, she brought her phone out and directed her attention back to Jing Hua University’s forum.
She used her phone and logged into her account registered under her name. As she took in the long forum post which she had no way of refuting, she began to type:
