Chapter 93: The Suspicious Fang Lilan
In the beginning, Long Shuhai seemed to care for her elder brother, Shaohua, her second sister, Manxue, and herself equally.
He also appeared to be extremely respectful and protective of her mother, Fang Lilan.

Although the Fang Group was named after the Fang family, it had actually been single-handedly built up by her father, Long Yifan, thirty years ago. Her father had kept the company’s name as Fang Group out of deep love for her mother.
Fang Lilan was originally a housewife who never interfered in company matters. However, seven years ago, she suddenly expressed her interest in working in the Fang Group and even asked to become the finance manager. Her father gave into her wishes because of his love for her.

Before her father went into a coma, she often mentioned her thoughts to him. Long Yifan had also found it suspicious and secretly took Fang Lilan’s hair to conduct a DNA test.
However, the results revealed that Fang Lilan and Fang Xinxin were blood related mother and daughter.
Her mother found out about the DNA test, leading to a huge fight with her father. She announced that if Long Yifan did not believe in her, she would rather kill herself right there and then. Thus, her father gave in and was forced to swear that he would never suspect her again.
In her previous life, Fang Xinxin’s suspicion against Fang Lilan had been squashed by the DNA test and she didn’t pursue the matter further.
