“Thanks a lot, Senior,” Ling Chuxi said to Mo Shili gratefully. She felt like the real force of Mo Shili’s Qi of True Essence was not as simple as merely helping her overcome danger, it would also help in increasing her cultivation. This meat pie had really smashed her hard on the head till she was dizzy. Moreover, Mo Shili was being so helpful her just because she had made Mo Qingyi happy! This girl with the pure smile – having a man like him to guard her was indeed a blessing.
“You are welcome. I just helped you out a little. What you are able to achieve in the future will still depend on your own hard work,” Mo Shili remarked casually.
“Senior, may I know what your cultivation level is?” Ling Chuxi asked curiously. Judging by the situation earlier, she felt that Mo Shili’s cultivation was not just at the realm of True Essence. What was after the realm of True Essence? She was a tad bit curious.
“Wait till you have possessed sufficient cultivation, then you will naturally find out,” Mo Shili answered mysteriously. He looked at Qingyi and said, “Qingyi, let’s go home, alright?”
“Alright.” Mo Qingyi nodded, and looked at Ling Chuxi with longing and reluctance.
“Stop looking at her like that. If it’s our fate, we will meet again in the future.” Mo Shili smiled and wrapped Mo Qingyi in his embrace.
“That’s right. Younger Sister Chuxi, we will see each other again if it is meant to be.” Mo Qingyi nodded her head, and smiled widely. “Take care of yourself, I look forward to our next meeting.”
“Yes, Elder Sister Qingyi. If we do meet again, I will make you another delicious dish.”
Mo Qingyi’s eyes lit up, and she nodded vigorously. She waved goodbye to Ling Chuxi, and followed Mo Shili as they departed.
Ling Chuxi watched them both leave, and her gaze became steady again. No matter which realm Mo Shili was in, there would come a day when she too would possess cultivation as strong as his. A brand new realm had appeared before her eyes, and she would definitely not slack off.
Ling Chuxi took two determined strides forward, then stopped. Only then did she realize a serious problem: she was lost!

It was actually someone she recognized: Xiao Tianfan!
