The erratic line displayed on the heart-rate monitor showed how affected Ye Youyou was. Ye Qianqian looked on as Shen Luo’an walked out. Regret seeped into her heart.
She should have known better than to let him enter.
Seeing Shen Luo’an exit, Ye Qianqian followed behind.
Shen Luo’an sensed footsteps behind him. He stopped in his tracks and turned around. “Since you’re Ye Youyou’s older sister, I’ll leave her to you for the next few days. I am busy with other matters. I will foot the entire hospital bill until she gets discharged.”
That meant to say that he had no intention of staying to take care of Ye Youyou.
Ye Qianqian glared at him and spat out in anger, “She’s your wife! Where the h*ll are you off to? What can be more important than your wife’s life?”
“Wife?” Shen Luo’an reacted as if he’d just heard a joke and burst out laughing. He turned to look at Ye Qianqian with raised eyebrows. “Maybe she treats me as her husband. But I have never treated her as my wife!”

How could such a man deserve to marry a good lady like Ye Youyou?
“You piece of sh*t! Ye Youyou has loved you since she was young, and this is how you repay her? If you didn’t love her, why did you marry her in the first place? What a b*stardly thing to do!” Ye Qianqian’s words were sharp.
She didn’t care that she was in a hospital either, and her volume wasn’t low.
When Shen Luo’an heard Ye Qianqian’s words, he turned around and looked at her.
