"What? Are you having a dream again? You always have a weird dream" Hui’er harrumphed before she left the bed. She walked toward the door without looking back again.
"A...dream?" Li Shi Ying murmured. She had always got a weird dream every day so it’s not new. But this dream felt so real, to be honest, is it a lucid dream? She remembered that she got a boyfriend- no. A husband in this dream.

"...yeah it’s been that long" Another teenage this one a boy, also squatted next to the girl. He had similarly long silver hair with black clothes. Looked exquisite. That golden hairpin on his hair only added his majestic aura.
When he spoke, his voice was kinda low and magnetic, the contrast to the girl next to him yet it really is pleasant to the ear, it is even low-key seductive.
"Uncle, may you rest in peace. Please keep looking for us and mother...from up there" The girl giggled before she placed the flower banquet with a sad smile on her face.
She was on the edge of crying but the boy next to her immediately hugged her so that she calmed down.
"Let’s go? Master has been waiting for the annual treatment, he needs you" The boy helped the girl to stood up as he carefully brushed the girl’s skirt to cast aside the dirt and dust there.
His gentle action really contrasts to his cold golden eyes. His face too looked as stoic as ever but anyone could see just how kind this boy is from how he cared for the girl.
"Mn, let’s go. Master is waiting. His eyesight has improved now. Thank God I managed to fix his crippled meridian so he can live this long"
The girl nodded before leaving the place with the boy. The tombstone lay there under the lush, big tree look very peaceful.
Royal Palace.
"Your Majesty, the prisoner of war still doesn’t want to confess anything. Its been a long time already. She’s so stubborn" A tall young man in his 20 with long black and white hair bowed to a middle-aged man sitting on the golden throne.
The middle-aged man emitted a cold, unfriendly aura making everyone scared silly except for this one young man.
"...I can’t kill her huh" The middle-aged man answered in a very cold tone. It was so cold to the point of freezing the other people in the hall. Only the young man with weird eyes appearance could stay calm.
"Yes, you can’t. His highness the second prince is already doing his best to get information though" The young man kept talking politely as if not disturbed by the middle-aged man’s cold voice.
Even though he had such a cold voice, somehow his face which is also as cold as his voice, looked extremely handsome for a middle-aged man. There’s no wrinkle could be seen and only a trace of manliness could be seen there.
His long dark green hair is braided into a huge braid which somehow didn’t match his cold demeanour. No one knew why he had that kind of hairstyle.
"Mn okay," The middle-aged man nodded while waving his hand lazily. His brother had been working hard so he couldn’t blame anyone.
"Ah right, your majesty’s father just said that there’s a special guest waiting for your majesty at the guest room. Please, head there immediately" after giving the report, the young man urged the cold emperor to go to the guest room.
This startled the other people since the young man is so brazen! He will be killed for sure, right??
Unexpectedly, the emperor didn’t seem displeased. He only paused a bit before nodding. "...mm, " His short answer is followed by the man rose from his throne.
His pure black clothes with golden dragon embroidery fluttered just as the man stood up, somehow adding another grace to the already graceful man. It mesmerized others.
Ahhh our emperor is really so cool!
"Let’s go, Mao Mao," The emperor said again as he walked out from the hall in an unhurried step. The man’s golden robe once again fluttered when he walked, looked very cool for an emperor.
"Yes, your majesty" the boy hurriedly ran to the emperor’s side not wanting to be left behind.
The two left the hall with the others’ eyes staring at their back, especially the young man’s back.
