1335 Chapter 22 Xi Xue love story
The wind was really abnormal that it pierced through Xi Xue’s barrier.
’This wind...is like kamaitachi. A sharp wind!’
"Ah- is this dangerous?" Bíng Huo broke in a cold sweat. "Hey, if you need any replenishment I have some pill- "
"No, I’m fine. Just don’t move too much, " Xi Xue rejected the girl’s offer. "Too dangerous."
"A-alright." Bíng Huo nodded and subconsciously buried her head on the guy’s shoulder.
The two of them then went silent again. Xi Xue was busy fighting the wind in his own way while Bíng Huo couldn’t do anything to help the guy.
A few minutes passed by and they finally arrived at the top of the mountain. Once they arrived, Xi Xue landed in front of a huge cave and let Bíng Huo got off.
"Huft. That was close." Bíng Huo slowly stood up on her own and sighed. Sweat already drenched her back just by seeing Xi Xue silently blocked those winds.
’Xi Xue...you are really strong!’
"You alright?" Xi Xue casually asked while plastering a stiff smile. His back kept aching and blood seeped out but he controlled the blood, blocking them from coming out.
’That damn wind is mixed with ice fragments! No wonder it’s so sharp.’
"I’m good. You?" Bíng Huo approached Xi Xue and was about to check him when Xi Xue stopped her. He shoved his palm in front of the girl’s face.
"Don’t come near me." His voice was so cold as he said this.
The poor Bíng Huo paused on her track and flinched. Her face rapidly turned pale.
"Xi Xue....really, what’s going on?" The girl clenched her fists and glared at the guy. "Why are you acting this way?"
"Are you hurt? If so then let me heal you- "
"No, I’m not. Let’s go in." Xi Xue ignored Bíng Huo’s words and went past her. He showed his back to the girl but she couldn’t see anything wrong with it even though underneath his clothes, his back was covered in blood.
’This ice eagle is stronger than I thought. She might be a hassle.’
Seeing Xi Xue went in the cave without waiting for her, Bíng Huo stiffened. Her legs were rooted to the ice ground. The wind kept hitting her yet she didn’t move.
’What’s wrong with Xi Xue? Why he suddenly becomes like this...’
Bíng Huo bit her lips and didn’t move.
’He will not know if I don’t go in anyway.’ The girl walked toward the cave without any intention to get in.
’I should be the one showing him the school but...what am I doing?’ The girl mulled over this when someone tugged her strongly.

"Ah- " Bíng Huo’s face hit Xi Xue’s chest. The girl hurriedly looked up and saw Xi Xue with a dark face.
"What are you doing?" Xi Xue glared at the girl. "You know this place is dangerous, no?" His voice sounded so cold that Bíng Huo couldn’t help but cower in fear.
His hand on her wrist was so cold it pierced her bone.

"No. You come with me." Xi Xue turned around and dragged the girl with him but this time he didn’t use any strength to grab her wrist.
Bíng Huo didn’t feel any pain despite founding herself unable to break free.
’What sorcery he did to me? How come I can’t let go but he doesn’t even use any strength??’
The girl was curious but she kept silent and just walked in with Xi Xue. The two of them entered the bright yet damp cave made of ice.
The sunlight shone through the ice, reflecting any light shone on it. The entire cave was bright and beautiful, like an ice castle.
But somehow, Bíng Huo wasn’t in a mood to admire all of this. Her head was hung low. Her only sight was the white snow beneath.
Every time she walked, she left a visible footprint on it. The same goes for Xi Xue. The girl could see the guy’s footprint as he walked in front of her.
Silence filled the cave and only a sound of water dripping to the ground could be heard. It was also only occasionally.
"...uh..." Bíng Huo tried to speak but then she found herself unable to speak. The girl could only stare at Xi Xue who somehow looked, unlike his usual self.
The man wobbled a little and his hand became even colder than before.

Seeing Xi Xue’s face gradually turned pale yet he kept walking the long corridor of ice, Bíng Huo couldn’t hold it back anymore. She suddenly tugged Xi Xue and cornered him to the wall.
