The little boy abruptly opened his eyes and the sight of the bright room startled him. The sound of birds could be heard outside the room.
Xi Xue stared blankly at the window. His mind was loading for a few seconds before he finally realized something.

Her light blue hair was scattered on the pillow and the bedsheet. The sunlight shone upon her face, illuminating her white skin.
