It was dark that night so their enemy must brought a lot of torch or something to be able to attack her group. Her job...was to extinguished their source of light!
Hahaha without light they wouldn’t be able to attack her group! The enemy were all human whereas her group were all beasts. Beasts could see fine in the dark while human can’t.
Those people might also summoned their contracted beast but this matter could be handled by this idiot dragon over here. He could just secretly released his dragon aura to hold back the beasts on the enemy side.
Chen could even made the beasts went crazy and attack their own master! Hurrah!
Li Shi Ying and Chen immediately flied on air with golden eagle as their mount. Golden eagle attack was wind element so he could attack their enemy while still act as Li Shi Ying mount.
From this height, Li Shi Ying could saw a lot of red dot coming in fast pace to her area. Those dots must be their enemy source of light.
"All beasts get ready! The enemy is 1 km ahead, some riding their beasts and some riding horse." Li Shi Ying used her telepathy to communicate with all her contracted beasts.
"Yes mistress!" all the beasts replied and started to raised their guard.
Hmm now...she should wait until they are only few meters near the quicksand area...then she would extinguished all their source of light in one big blow!

10 minutes later, the enemy had arrived several meters before the quicksand area.

"Mini Tornado!" Li Shi Ying used her one of her talisman with the word ’mini tornado’ there. It seemed that even though she couldn’t make thing, she could create natural phenomenon. Well it only lasted for a minute though...but this was enough for her!

The moment Li Shi Ying actived her talismans, a mini tornado appeared from the ground below the enemy’s horse.
The strong wind instantly extinguished half of the enemy light sources especially the enemy at the very front if line.
It was a surprise attack!
Those people at the front were caught unguarded so they were blown up by the mini tornado and were threw so far away from their original position. Of course those people instantly die when their head hit the ground.
Around 50 people died in the mini tornado attack. And this was only the first minute of the battle. Chang Family had lost 50 people whereas Li Shi Ying group was completely unharmed.

"Enemy attack!! Avoid the tornado, charge ahead! Quick!" The commander of the first batch shouted in panic seeing his people were blown away one by one by the sudden tornado. Their source of light were gone and it was complete darkness in front of them.
They wanted to wait for the batch of people behind their batch but it would be too late to wait for them to gave them a new torch! They would be threw away by the mini tornado soon!
The commander quickly ordered the rest of his people to avoided the tornado and charged ahead was the only way to avoided it.
The tornado attack was in Z pattern so if they wanted to avoided it they should went straight ahead and went out from the tornado range.
The second batch didn’t know what’s going on ahead but when they saw a tornado was coming to their place, their formation was quickly scattered as the people were busy avoiding the tornado to save themself.
The second batch was in chaos while the first batch who survived the tornado, was charging ahead in complete darkness.
Li Shi Ying who saw their foolish action smirked.

The moment those people mount touched the quicksand, the quicksand instantly reacted and sucked the mount together with the people riding on it.
The mount was heavy added with the people on it so the quicksand reacted twice faster than usual. If the one stepping on it was only the people then the quicksand wouldn’t react that fast however the one touched it was the mount.
Added with the fact that the quicksand was no ordinary quicksand, it was something Li Shi Ying created so its effect was absolutely terrifying!
In just a second after the enemy mount got caught in quicksand, they were drowned very fast!!
