757 Chapter 757 “Little Blue Octopus“

Li Shi Ying curiously approached the throne as Long Ao Zhen filled the bottle with drop after drop of the miracle water. She was sure that the blue thing was moving just now...what is that? Somehow it feels like a living being?
"Mistress doesn’t get too close" Jiu Wei was worried seeing how his mistress was curious in nature. Doesn’t she know curiosity kill the cat? Well, she’s not a cat but still!
"Don’t worry I’ll be alright I have you guys to help me" Li Shi Ying whistled happily as she peeked behind the throne only to be shocked silly with what she saw. She thought that the blue thing would only be some sort of plant or something but who knows....

"W-with!" The little blue octopus shrieked in a faint voice that only Li Shi Ying could hear. The octopus trembled in fear as it blinked its two clear blue eyes innocently. Tears started to flow from the octopus’ eyes even when Li Shi Ying didn’t do anything just yet.

"Em...why are you crying?" Li Shi Ying tilted her head in confusion seeing a little blue octopus suddenly shrieks, trembled in fear and about to burst into tears anytime.
What the hell happened here? What’s with this little octopus? Is there octopus with blue skin? Blue eyes?
"H-human don’t come closer!" The octopus hiccups as it wiped the tears on the edge of its eyes using one of its small tentacles. Seeing this anime-like scene in front of her eyes, Li Shi Ying could only open her mouth wide.
The octopus...could talk! She just realized this since before it only shrieked letting out a beast-like noise but this octopus surprisingly could talk?? Wait that’s not the problem. Why the hell this octopus cried when it saw her?
The octopus’ tender and its child-like voice rang throughout Li Shi Ying’s mind. This octopus voice sounded like Di Yu for a second but somehow it’s a bit more mature than Di Yu?
Li Shi Ying could only stare at the octopus which was trying to hide beneath the throne but failed to do so because of its big head. The view of the little octopus trying its best to hide was somewhat funny for Li Shi Ying.
"J-Jiu Wei what is this cute creature somehow it reacts just like Meiren" Li Shi Ying covered her mouth as she asked Jiu Wei through her telepathy. Maybe this octopus could be Meiren’s friend or even...become her spouse?
"Mistress I’m sorry to say this but...this octopus...might be the sacred beast guarding this place" Jiu Wei had a wry smile on his face as he told Li Shi Ying. Not only Jiu Wei, even Xi Xue, Ge Lifen and the others also had the same reaction on their face.
As a sacred beast, they could sense other beast’s presence. All of them knew for sure that this cowardly little octopus is a sacred beast! Not to mention that...its original beast form wasn’t that small!

Li Shi Ying accidentally said that out loud instead of communicating with Jiu Wei thorough telepathy. When the octopus heard the word ’tiny’, it suddenly stopped trying to hide under the throne and peeked out while glaring at Li Shi Ying.
"I’m not tiny! This form is convenient to live in this castle!" The octopus pouted its cheek and put two of its tentacles on its non-existent waist, acting like a real child. But his voice even though sounded like a child...it is not so childish either?
What’s with this octopus?? Isn’t a sacred beast supposed to be proud and intimidating such as Ge Lifen, Xi Xue...why the hell this octopus only glared at her instead? It didn’t even release its sacred beast aura to scare her away!
"Okay you’re not tiny but...you are a sacred beast, right? Why..." Li Shi Ying glanced at Long Ao Zhen who had finished collecting the miracle water and glanced back at the octopus with a wry smile on her face.
She didn’t want to battle another sacred beast so if the beast was like this it should be alright but still! She couldn’t sit still and see a sacred beast acting like a meek pet!
"Why what? ...ah!! Bad guy stealing my water!" The octopus tilted its head and turned its head out of sudden only to saw Long Ao Zhen holding a small bottle filled with the water from the fountain.
The little blue octopus trembled as it trotted over to Long Ao Zhen’s place while humping and puffing. A noise of slimy object hitting the floor rang throughout the room as the little octopus approached Long Ao Zhen without intimidating the man whatsoever.
...this tiny guy will confront Long Ao Zhen just like that? What is this octopus trying to do? It looked funny but still...somehow she couldn’t wait to see what this sacred beast going to do seeing its precious water is stolen right in front of its eyes!
