"I’m not kidding. It’s indeed hard to believe this but according to Greek mythology...yes. Cerberus and sphinx are siblings" Jiu Wei wiped his sweat as he tried to convinced Di Yu. A second after, the man quickly went back to Li Shi Ying’s contracted space, unable to bear the heat outside.

"See? Your friend said it. Believe me, I’m really your sister" The sphinx slowly stood up while shaking her head, making the surrounding area suddenly covered with sand. She was in a good mood that finally someone could convince her little brother that they were really related.

"I..." Seeing the Sphinx happy expression, Di Yu couldn’t say anything. His words got stuck in his throat and cat got his tongue. He couldn’t deny this any longer since Jiu Wei was the one who confirmed the fact, but to suddenly accept having a sibling....
"Don’t think about it too much. I won’t pester you to acknowledge me as your sister, I just want you to know that you have a sibling," The sphinx said after seeing Di Yu’s troubled face and could only sigh. Her little brother must be shocked to his core to suddenly know that he had a sibling.
It’s better to let him calm down and not force him to acknowledge their relationship. She didn’t want to lose the sibling that she had been wanting for a while.
"Alright..." Di Yu sighed in relief, seeing the sphinx was so understanding to not to pressure him with this matter. At first, he was afraid of the sphinx because of her immense power yet slowly but surely he didn’t know why...he didn’t feel that threatened anymore.
"So the dragon and human girl here...I suppose that one of you must be the master of my brother right? Tell me what’s your business coming to my territory. I’ll spare you because of my brother. Just this once," the sphinx flashed a smile to Di Yu, but gave suddenly gave a cold shoulder to Long Ao Zhen and Li Shi Ying.
Her change of attitude was so fast that Li Shi Ying got shiver down her spine. She doubt whether this sphinx truly is bipolar or not.
The majestic sphinx looked down on those two while asking the thing she had been wanting answered. She had a feeling that her brother was owned by the human girl, surprisingly, so she was quite curious to see what kind of girl could tame a Cerberus like her brother.
"I’m Di Yu’s master. We’re here to find the 1000 years old cactus, because I need the liquid to detoxify poison inside my body," Li Shi Ying gripped Long Ao Zhen’s hand as she bravely spoke. Her voice was slightly trembling but the girl still straightened her back and raised her chin, not cowering in fear at all.
"1000 years old cactus? Even though I want to help my brother’s master, sadly someone just stole it from me not too long ago!" The sphinx face turned dark all of sudden, when Li Shi Ying mentioned the cactus. Now she was reminded of that bastard human girl who stole her treasured cactus!
