834 Chapter 834 “Picking Her Up“
This thought hurt Li Shi Ying’s heart knowing that her master became weak despite his bright eyes looking straight at her eyes. Her master sacrificed his body for her!
"Master..." Li Shi Ying approached Qiao Mo slowly. Her voice was choked as she sobbed faintly. Tears began to flow from her two big eyes making everyone in the room suddenly froze in panic.
Li Shi Ying cry! It’s been a while since she last cry ah!
"Don’t cry...I’m okay" The smile on Qiao Mo’s face disappear when he saw his disciple’s tears. He was really alright so...Shi’er don’t cry!
Qiao Mo stretched his hand to wipe Li Shi Ying’s tears. His heart couldn’t bear it seeing his one and only disciple was crying! The man had just about to touch the girl’s cheek to wipe her tears when Long Ao Zhen suddenly appeared behind Li Shi Ying.
"Here, tissue" The jealous dragon glared at Qiao Mo and harrumphed arrogantly before using stuffing the tissue to Li Shi Ying’s hand. He didn’t bother to gently wipe the tears on his bunny’s face.
Why should he? The girl would just reject him and he would be left in an awkward situation!
"Thanks" Li Shi Ying coldly answered while wiping her tears using the tissue. From the start until now, the girl didn’t look at Long Ao Zhen’s direction, not even for a second!

"Master are you really fine?" Li Shi Ying took a chair and sat right next to the bed as she suddenly asked Qiao Mo out of the blue. The girl had wiped her tears and now looked better even though that puffy and bloodshot eyes couldn’t hide the fact of her crying before.
Li Shi Ying couldn’t help but asked this to the man himself. After all, even though Jiu Wei said that her master was fine...his face was still pale...
Qiao Mo’s hair was loosened casually, damping over his back. His black hair looked shining like silk right now, thanks to the almighty moonlight power. Not only that, his white face became even whiter than before under the moonlight shining upon the room.
His whole body excludes a weak aura truly make the man looked several times weaker than usual. His face already looked like a gentle and kind scholar before yet his sharp phoenix-like eyes gave out a stunning charisma, unlike an ordinary scholar appearance.
Yet at this time that eyes didn’t look as menacing as before. His gaze was soft and tender as if he was looking at his own dear child whenever he looked at Li Shi Ying. He used to look at Li Shi Ying with a sharp, strict gaze whenever he was teaching her.
But today he didn’t look like that at all. This made Li Shi Ying thought that her master must be too weak to look imposing as usual! Is he really alright?
Little did she know her master was like this because she was there in the room. He missed his disciple dearly so how could he didn’t look at her tenderly?
"Shi’er I’m fine. Look, Jiu Wei already told you that I’ll be completely healed after 3 days. That’s not a lie" Qiao Mo smiled as he stroked Li Shi Ying’s head completely treating her like his own daughter.
If he had a daughter...maybe it would look like Li Shi Ying. If Li Shi Ying didn’t have parents maybe he should consider to adopt her. A pity her real family must be waiting for her in her original world.
He couldn’t make her his own daughter then.
This thought made Qiao Mo became slightly sad. His eyes dropped down and the corner of his lips was also tucked down. He wasn’t that old but already wanted a daughter. He must be crazy!
