immediately took up the bows and arrows in their hands.

The elves did not know the conversation between them, they were just standing on guard.
Soon after, the Elf King walked out of the palace, and for a moment, the elves immediately gathered towards Shen
Yanxiao and Taotie.
Vermillion Bird in the sky immediately unfolded his wings and prepared for the attack.
But the next second, he received Shen Yanxiao’s instruction that he was not allowed to attack.
“All of you withdraw. Today’s matter is just a misunderstanding. This human girl is my friend, she merely wanted to
have a little fun.” The Elf King stood in front of all the elves with a gentle smile and dispelled everything as Shen
Yanxiao’s farce.
The elves looked at each other and had no idea what was going on
How come… their Elf King suddenly had such a good relationship with this human being?
Fen Chu was the first to rush to the Elf King’s side. He examined the Elf King’s entire body, and after he determined
that he was unscathed, Fen Chu said, “My King, why?”
The Elf King shook his head gently.
“All of you should go back to rest.”
Fen Chu clenched his teeth. He could only let the members of the Silvermoon Guards leave in accordance to the
command of the Elf King, and he himself was forced to retreat by the Elf King.
All the elves left. Taotie and Vermillion Bird turned into their human forms, standing beside Shen Yanxiao.
The Elf King smiled, looking at Taotie pulling Shen Yanxiao’s sleeves. It was hard to imagine that the giant beast
would actually have this adorable appearance.
“Taotie?” The Elf King bent down and looked at Taotie.
Taotie frowned slightly. He could not forget that it was this elf who, together with the other elves, suppressed and
locked him in the dungeon.
“Master, can I eat that?” Taotie raised his finger and pointed it to the Elf King.
Shen Yanxiao froze for a moment then chuckled.
“That can’t be eaten.”
This foodie, ah!
He even wanted to eat the Elf King.
“Oh.” Taotie took the little hand back. Putting his finger in his mouth, he looked sadly at the Elf King.
“Idiot.” Vermillion Bird shot a glanced at Taotie. If it had not been for the Elf King’s presence, he would have
