After Xiao Guan left, Xiao Mei never saw him again.
One week passed and everything returned to normal.
On the second day she stayed in the hospital, MinDe gave him the ultrasound picture.
There was two little bean-like dots inside her tummy. That was when she found out that she was carrying twins.
Although it was still early to know their gender, MinDe already insisted that the twins are both females.
She could only roll her eyes and did not burst his bubble.
They decided to announce her pregnancy later, after her grandfather returns from vacation.
Actually, MinDe really wanted to hide her pregnancy because he did not want his grandfather to find out that she was already carrying the next generation of their family.
When she asked the reason why, he only said,
"His face is annoying. I don't want to see him pester you everyday."
Unfortunately, it was only his wishful thinking. He could only hide her pregnancy for four months at most.
Xiao Mei coaxed MinDe to tell the good news and he could only agree unwillingly.
So when Grandpa Lu returned after missing for almost two weeks, Xiao Mei immediately informed him about the good news.
The Old Man laughed like a lunatic as he raised his head towards the heaven.
He even shouted,
"Xiao Xiao ahh, I'm right!! I'm right!! HAHAHA. We're going to be grandpas!!"
Everyday, he would try to forcefully enter the estate. Too bad, MinDe was always vigilant, blocking every entrance of the house and not letting the old man enter.
Xiao Mei's phone rang.
"Hello? Ah Jiu?"

One week passed after Feng Jun's arrest.
MinFeng already announced their wedding ceremony which will be held next year and also the merging of their companies next fall.
After she recuperated, MinFeng released a statement exploiting all the bad deeds of the branch family.
FengRan went crazy and was brought to a mental hospital while FengWu was sentenced to a lifelong imprisonment because of plunder, attempted murder and many more.
FengShi and FengRu decided to leave the country together with their children.
The rest of the Feng offsprings, were also kicked out of Beijing.
Chen Hao was given the authority to deal with the rest. FengJiu did not want to waste her time dealing with those insignificant beings.
Even FengJin who was in America did not escape from Chen Hao's plans.
"You're awake?"
MinFeng sat on the bed and caressed her abdomen gently. His touch was full of love.
"How's Little Bump? Is he behaving well?"
FengJiu nodded.
"Mmm! He's very behave."
She sat and hugged MinFeng.
"I haven't seen Grandfather Lu since two weeks ago. Where is he right now?"
"He just arrived few days ago. Ever since Xiao Mei announced that she is pregnant, grandpa consistently visits her. MinDe might be fuming mad right now."
FengJiu giggled.
She also experienced Grandpa Lu's shamelessness so she was aware that Xiao Mei's head would definitely ache.
"I'm bored. I want to go out and meet Xiao Mei."
"Mmm.. Fine.. but you must bring some bodyguards with you."
FengJiu shook her head.
"No need ahh.. YanRong is dead and the branch family is already over... What are you afraid of? It's fine..."
"I know but it's better to be prepared. So just bring P-3, okay?"
FengJiu sighed but in the end, she accepted his arrangement.
She knew that MinFeng was only thinking about her well-being.
"Okay."
MinFeng smiled after she agreed to bring P-3 with her. He kissed her and stood up.
"I have a meeting today. I'll come back later, okay? Make sure to eat first before leaving the house."
MinFeng entered the bathroom and took a shower.
FengJiu picked her phone and dialed Xiao Mei's number.
"Ah Mei? I haven't seen you for a while! I miss you!! Let's go shopping!!"

FengJiu and Xiao Mei were currently laughing while sipping tea inside a snack house.
They were just walking around the mall while trying to waste time when they realized that it was already noon.
Since the both of them are pregnant, they must not neglect their health.
So they decided to find a place to sit and eat while continuing their conversation.
P-3 was outside the snack house, looking vigilant like a true agent.
"Aiyaa~ Ah Jiu ahh... Your stomach is already big!! I can already see the small bump!"
FengJiu laughed and teased Xiao Mei.
"Don't worry, yours will be bigger than mine since you are carrying two babies."
Xiao Mei smiled lovingly.
"It's okay~ I'm fine with it! Ah that's right... What's the gender of Little Bump?"
"Male. MinFeng wanted Little Bump to be female but unfortunately, Little Bump is a 'he'."
Xiao Mei gasped.
"MinDe want the twins to be girls too!! He does not want to have sons. Humpf. Stupid oaf! He's even jealous of his own children."
FengJiu laughed out loud. She could not believe that the stoic MinDe was a walking barrel of vinegar.
After talking with each other, they decided to leave and return home.
Unfortunately, they were not able to realize that someone was following them.
The shopping mall was a little bit crowded so there were times when people tended to collide with them while walking.
"Ouch!"
Xiao Mei almost fell on the ground when someone knocked her out.
"Are you okay?"
Xiao Mei and FengJiu tried to help the woman who fell when she stretched her hands and pulled Xiao Mei beside her.
*click*
Xiao Mei felt a hard object poking her waist. When she turned her head, she saw YanRong.
When she looked at FengJiu, she saw that she was rooted on the floor.
"AH JIU!! RUN!!"
"Oppss!! Not gonna let you ran away!"
YanRong aimed the gun on FengJiu while her hand was still holding Xiao Mei.
"YanRong...? You are still alive..?"
YanRong laughed.
"I'm back~ did you miss me??"
