XuanTian chuckled.
"Ah Jiu... I'm just sick. *cough* I'm not blind.."
FengJiu laughed and pinched her Yeye's waist.
"Lad, how are you? Are you properly taking care of my precious granddaughter?"
XuanTian stared at MinFeng.
MinFeng sat beside FengJiu and nodded earnestly.
"Do not worry, Yeye. I will take good care of them."
XuanTian gaped when he heard MinFeng's words.
He stared at FengJiu. His gaze were full of questions.
FengJiu could not help but recall Grandpa Lu's reaction when he learned that his great grandchild was on the way.
She smiled and nodded. She grabbed her grandfather's hand and pressed it on her abdomen.
"Little Bump, this is your Yeye. Yeye loves you and Mommy very much. Yeye, this is your great grandchild, Little Bump."
FengJiu could not help but shed tears as she could feel her grandfather's happiness at meeting with Little Bump.
When XuanTian touched FengJiu's abdomen, his hand trembled. He stared at MinFeng and said,
"Thank you.. *cough* Thank you for loving my granddaughter. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to meet my precious * cough* great grandchild before I pass away."
When FengJiu heard those words, she could not help but cry. She forced herself to calm down. She did not want her grandfather to see her like this.
She smiled and touched his cheeks.
"What are you saying ahh? Yeye, you still have to be there when I give birth, okay?"
Feng XuanTian nodded.
MinFeng who was sitting beside FengJiu grabbed the other hand of Feng XuanTian.
"Yeye, I would like to ask permission to marry FengJiu. Although we are already married to each other, I want to properly give her a wedding ceremony.
I want to tell the world how lucky I am to have her by my side. So please, Yeye. Give us your blessings."
XuanTian was moved by MinFeng's dedication.
He patted MinFeng's hand and nodded.

Feng XuanTian grinned at MinFeng.
"Seems like my plan succeeded, right? Hahaha little lad, *cough* do not tire out my granddaughter, ahh.. Rest every once a week. *cough* Too much 'exercise' is definitely not good for your health."
FengJiu blushed and glared at MinFeng.
MinFeng chuckled and nodded.
"This grandson in law understands. I promise I won't tire her out."
XuanTian laughed and stared at FengJiu.
"Ah Jiu, can you go and get Doctor Mu for me? *cough* Long Jin can go with you."
FengJiu nodded. She knew that her grandfather wanted to talk with MinFeng alone.
She stood up and went outside the room.
When MinFeng and XuanTian were the only ones left inside the room, XuanTian spoke.
"Child, I *cough* wanted to talk to you.."
"What is it, Yeye?"
"Child, I want you to listen carefully. I wanted to free my granddaughter. I am dying. I *cough* only have a couple of months left.
When I die, I do not want FengJiu to continue being the CEO. *cough* I want to her to be free.
Free from the shackles of managing Feng International. *cough* I already forced her to mature early for the sake of the company. *cough* I do not want to continue robbing her from her life.
Now that you are here. I want her to be happy. As a normal woman. *cough* As a wife and a mother. After your marriage ceremony, I will make Feng International a *cough* subsidiary business of Lu Corporation."
MinFeng's brows wrinkled.
"Yeye. I think FengJiu might not agree with your decision. Knowing her, she might get angry."
Feng XuanTian shook his head.
"I'm only protecting her and the company. I believe, when I die, her aunts and uncles *cough* will make a move to ensure that the company belongs to them.
Promise me, *cough* you will agree. You will take the burden out of FengJiu's hand."
MinFeng solemnly nodded.
"This child understands. I will make sure to take good care of FengJiu. Do not worry, Yeye."
XuanTian patted his hand.
"Go.. Go back with FengJiu. If you need my help for your upcoming wedding ceremony, just call Long Jin."
MinFeng bid goodbye to XuanTian and walked outside.
