Chapter 310: Killing the Crone
The Crone’s control of the ambient primordial qi was stripped away by Lu Xuan almost instantly. Lu Xuan’s mental powers were focused and solidified to an eerie level. It was to such an extent that the Crone could train for several centuries more, and she would still have no way of winning against Lu Xuan in this regard.
“Some mental powers right there indeed.” Zhang Fashan looked at the two in midair and naturally realized what they were doing.

The power an Airborne Realm was able to bring was directly proportionate to their mastery of primordial qi.
At the same time, having superior control of ambient primordial qi also meant that one could, at the same time, weaken the control of the primordial qi of one’s opponent.
The effects worked in tandem.

The Crone kept being pushed back while she attempted to wrestle control of primordial qi from him.

She lost utterly to him in terms of mental strength, which naturally translated to control of primordial qi as well. She had no chance of winning at all, ever since she ran into Lu Xuan.
What Lu Xuan did prevented her from gathering Spirit Qi. The effects were so severe that she felt herself being imprisoned in some tiny prison of a space.
She was hardly able to budge, and every single move she made was incredibly difficult.
Lu Xuan kept closing in on her and slaughtering her under such overwhelming odds.
While the Crone was able to bring her powers to be on par with Lu Xuan’s through the use of pills, her presence was like a needle in haystacks compared with her surroundings.
That was why Lu Xuan needed to wrestle control of ambient primordial qi away from her.
He did not actually think much of that in the beginning, but he only wanted the fight to end quickly at the moment, and the only way to do so, was to wrestle control of primordial qi back from the Crone at breakneck speed.
“You’re dead, and you just don’t know it yet!” Lu Xuan shouted and extended his hand out yet again, conjuring an incredibly huge dragon claw. It opened up, causing boundless primordial qi to gush into it.
The dragon claw continuously grew in time, so much so that it covered several kilometers in length.
That dragon claw came down on her like a huge hammer from the clouds.
Boom!
That dragon claw attack connected. Everything happened at breakneck speeds; it was as if the attacks were lightning itself. The Crone was swiped away and sent flying by that dragon claw attack, making her feel as if every single bone in her body snapped in an instant.
Blood flew from her mouth despite the inhuman resilience granted by the pill that Yan Han bestowed upon her. The heavy blow made the worsening situation an unsalvageable one for her right there and then.
She felt the world around her spinning, as she remained confused and dazed.
The Crone never expected the day where something like that would happen.
“Time to send you to hell.”
Lu Xuan saw the Crone continuing to adjust her position while being sent flying, struggling to right herself and get back up; he did not bother giving her any chance to do so.
Lu Xuan simply threw another punch at her. The force of his punch conjured a dragon claw, launching straight at her while bringing about a wave of Spirit Qi, which then crashed down on the Crone like a meteor.
Boom!
The Crone shrieked as the attack connected. She was shredded in an instant, being completely torn to pieces.
There were even explosions of greater intensity taking place right after that as if there were bombs strapped to her body.
Lu Xuan remained unfazed as he crossed his arms. He knew that the explosions were an effect from the power of the Crone’s body bursting, tearing her body apart as they ran unchecked.
It was due to the shackles of the world that her powers remained limited. The quality of that pill would have otherwise brought her powers to new heights. At the very least, it would have enabled her to break through the upper limit of the Airborne Realm.
However, due to said shackles from the world, her powers did not manage to be raised that far, thus containing all that massive boosting effect within her cells.
Those unused powers became something like explosives contained within her cells.
That punch from Lu Xuan served as the detonator.
The body of the Crone was reduced to a blood mist. A bloody corpse soon fell to the ground.
