Chapter 519: I’m Giving You People a Chance to Redeem Yourselves
Although it looked as if the event had lasted for a long time, everything actually took place within a short amount of time. Everything more or less happened within the span of a minute.
Lu Xuan had been too quick with taking out the gang that Yun Shuangying rallied.
Lu Xuan killed everyone before Yun Shuangying could even react to anything that was happening.

A tinge of shock was seen in Yun Shuangying’s eyes.
What he saw had almost frightened him to death.
Even Lu Shanshan, who was only at the Sixth tier of the Divine Treasure Realm, was already able to fight to a standstill with a fighter at the Eighth Tier. Therefore, it was only natural that Lu Xuan, who was already at the Ninth Tier of Divine Treasure Realm and had full mastery of said realm’s powers, was able to do even more.
Lu Xuan’s powers were far beyond what Yun Shuangying could imagine.
The other man seemed to have dealt possibly fatal damage to all of Yun Shuangying’s people.

At that moment, Yun Shuangying wanted nothing more than to beat up and kill those lackeys who were responsible for gathering all of that intelligence. He believed that even their deaths would not be able to make up for their mistakes.
If he knew that such a monster truly existed in the mortal world, he would not have dared to be so bold and act as if he owned the place. He had been extremely subservient to those monsters back in the Blessed Enclave, not even daring to raise his voice before them after all.
That was the grave cost that came with misleading intelligence; it almost cost them everything that they had.
If he were given a chance to take a different course of action, he definitely would not have chosen to advent into the mortal world.
However, it was now too late to change anything.
Lu Xuan looked at Yun Shuangying and said, “Well now, are you gonna just surrender yourself and comply with changes, or will I have to come after you myself?”
“Comply with changes…?” Yun Shuangying’s expression became cold as he glowered at Lu Xuan, and then said, “Quit trying to insult me. You’re already dead. You’ve killed so many people. Do you have any idea who they were? You’ve just dug your own grave with what you just did!”
Lu Xuan smirked and continued, “Man, this batch of geniuses from that Blessed Enclave of yours is pathetic. You actually talk about sects and clans here, huh? Look around you and know what era you’re in now. It’s the era of rule of law now. Your dad is not some kind of emperor, so what are you so proud of yourself of?”
“What did you say?”
Yun Shuangying was rather puzzled by Lu Xuan’s words.
“By the way, since when did I kill them? Anyway, I can tell you guys are going down the wrong path. Therefore, I’m giving you people a chance to redeem yourselves. I’ll show mercy to those who comply and severely punish those who refuse. Understood?” Lu Xuan smirked and added.
Lu Xuan was not lying. He did pull punches when he countered an attack. There was no way those people would have lived otherwise, as their bodies would have probably ended up being smashed to bits by the Dragon-snaring Lasso.
Upon witnessing Lu Xuan’s behavior, Yun Shuangying could immediately tell that the other man was acting with malicious intentions.
He shouted, “You want me to surrender? Keep dreaming!”
Pitch-black scale armor materialized onto his body to protect him, while a halberd was then conjured in his hand. From afar, his getup made him look like some general who had been fighting wars all over the world for years.
Boom!
Yun Shuangying’s aura gushed all over the place like a shockwave. Being at the peak of the Eighth Tier of Divine Treasure Realm, his powers were far stronger than those that came before him; he was capable of making a breakthrough into the Ninth Tier at any moment.

He then made his move and did not try to escape. He could tell that with Lu Xuan’s will locked onto him, any attempt to escape would have probably failed anyway.
Right now, the only possible way to win was to fight with everything he had.
Yun Shuangying’s aura burst after he donned that pitch-black scale armor. Spectators from all across the world saw him as some harrowing demon general from the legends, not a living person.

As his halberd danced in his hands, his surroundings trembled together with it. A formless force swept all over the place. As soon as the halberd was brought down, the boundless spirit qi around him coalesced into a single knight.
The image of the knight was rather blurred, with only the fact that it was some unparalleled general in the battlefield being made clear.
The general possessed powers terrifying enough to shock the world, causing all to bow before its might.

The knight went straight for Lu Xuan right away.
He could immediately sense the same terrifying level of power that would’ve come from a legion of soldiers.
Lu Xuan shot to the air without looking at the knight. Spiritual Aether was conjured in his hands, which turned into dragon claws in an instant. The dragon claws grabbed at the air and tore the knight apart to shreds with ease.
Lu Xuan’s physical body had been honed to extremely terrifying levels, making him practically invincible. There was simply no common being who could stand against him.
Yun Shuangying shouted, “I’m not finished yet! Worldwide Conquest!”
A boundless legion reappeared in the air. The sky seemed to be fully occupied by the massive army that he conjured.
His heritage was that of a certain mystical army that, when evoked, would seem as if the place would be turned into a massive battlefield.
The legion then immediately charged right in Lu Xuan’s direction.
Lu Xuan then grabbed out without looking at the legion. A blob of Spiritual Aether appeared in his hand, which then shifted about and extended right away to become a massive sword.
The sword then cleaved at the air before him.

The beam conjured by the blade had literally bisected that massive battlefield right away. All of the units in the legion were also eliminated in the blink of an eye.
Yun Shuangying widened his eyes in reaction. He had already brought everything he had to bear on Lu Xuan, but he was still utterly powerless against that other man. To put things precisely, he was unable to even touch Lu Xuan before his attacks all utterly failed.
After cleaving the battlefield and all of the units in the legion in it, the beam went straight for Yun Shuangying.
A black barrier was then immediately conjured on the pitch-black scale armor that Yun Shuangying wore, protecting him. Even so, it was far from capable of protecting him from Lu Xuan’s attack.

The black barrier lasted for only an instant before it was smashed open. The scale armor that Yun Shuangying wore then began to shatter and crumble right before Lu Xuan’s eyes.
“This is the end for me!”
Yun Shuangying seemed to be shouting in pity and regret before he was immediately sent flying and blood spilled from his mouth.
The black armor he wore seemed to have saved his life.
Only then did he finally realize what happened. He looked at his completely shattered black armor with utter disbelief, unable to comprehend what was happening.
How could this be? How could this be?
While that pitch-black scale armor that he wore did not look like much, it was a power item of the highest possible quality. He was confident that this relic was capable of withstanding any attack that those monsters threw at him.
Even so, the armor was too fragile to withstand Lu Xuan’s attack.
