To put it precisely, he was actually making his way to put the Blessed Enclave under the rule of the Earth Federation, adding the place to the world government’s jurisdiction.
The Blessed Enclave would be considered the Earth Federation’s first extradimensional colony.

Lu Xuan made light of the entire process of him conquering the entire Blessed Enclave.
Even so, everyone could still tell just how perilous things had become.
All of them knew just how powerful those from the Blessed Enclave were. To be more precise, they knew all there was to know in that regard.
That escort army from Taichu Path from before had almost ended up overwhelming all cultivation forces on the planet.
Things had gotten so bad that even the Earth Federation government had a hard time dealing with it. They even had to come up with contingency plans just to prepare for an army of such powerful beings to emerge from the Blessed Enclave.
To make matters worse, the Taichu Path was the only sacred ground that did so. There were three more back in the Blessed Enclave that were just as difficult to deal with. Furthermore, they had to contend with many more first, second, and third-rate cultivation forces.
If all those forces were to band together, it would become something so massive that even the sight of it would inspire fear into anyone who saw it.
The culmination of such a force would’ve been able to steamroll over everyone else.
Even the Earth Federation government had to be prepared for the worst; they would have to break out the nuclear weapons and taking the mutually assured destruction route.
None of them knew that back in Lu Xuan’s past life, they did not even get a chance or become powerful enough to fight a nuclear war with those from the Blessed Enclave.
Those from the Blessed Enclave seemed to have been able to easily dismantle all of the armed forces and equipment of the governments back then.
Cultivation forces throughout every single country on the planet had to submit to those from the Blessed Enclave.
After a long war, the Earth Federation was established. This eventually brought the forces of the Blessed Enclave to a complete stop.
However, it took several years for that to happen. Nearly half of the population on Earth were killed before the forces of the planet won the battle.

The entire Earth Federation was mobilized after hanging up. They even began to select diplomats to send to the Blessed Enclave.
That was the first time the Earth Federation sent people to extradimensional spaces, which would no doubt be something very attractive to them.
They quickly received all kinds of news verifying what Lu Xuan just said.
On the other side, all the branches of cultivation forces of the Blessed Enclave and Earth immediately received word from headquarters.
Almost everyone rushed to contact the headquarters of the Earth Federation—the Imperial Capital—at once.
They then submitted proposals of cooperation, expressing their willingness to work with the Earth Federation.
It seemed as if they all feared that they would all be marked as targets if they were too slow about it. That would then lead to their forces being caught in a predicament. If that were to happen, they were guaranteed to be doomed.
Only a few days had passed before the news spread like wildfire, reaching all corners of the world.
Countless people throughout the Earth Federation were excited over the news. Everyone still remembered very well just how that army from the Taichu Path threw their weight around, after all.
Had it not been for Lu Xuan back then, even a sacred ground for cultivation like the Yunxuan Villa would have probably fallen into Taichu Path’s hands.
That army of the Taichu Path alone was more than enough to take on anyone and anything.
That army of the Taichu Path came from the Blessed Enclave.

There was just no way the world would stay quiet after that.
