Chapter 650: You’re no Match against Me, Do We have to Do This?
The woman in the light yellow dress remained standing behind Uncle Chang as she plainly said, “Could you tell us your name, sir? This is the ship of the Xu family of Tianhai City. Thus, we do not take outsiders. I hope you’ll leave on your own accord. Otherwise, I’m afraid we would have to do it the hard way.”
Based on the wary look in her eyes, it was obvious that she kept her guard up against the man before her, who looked extremely worn.
She saw how Lu Xuan broke through the ship’s barrier with his lightning skill just now, which thoroughly impressed her.
However, it also frightened her.
“The Xu family of Tianhai City?” Lu Xuan asked.
That woman in light yellow dress sighed in relief, finding that the young man before her still seemed to know of the family. It would’ve been best if she could scare him off by just dropping the family’s name, after all.
However, what he said next had crushed her hopes.
“Never heard of it.”
Lu Xuan added, “You guys might not believe me, but I’m genuinely not here to hurt you. I just ran into some animal in the sea that just so happened to hurt me. Now, I just need a place to rest for a bit. If you think it’s too dangerous for me to be anywhere else on the ship, I’ll just stay right here at the bow.”
“Seems like you won’t be leaving then, sir. Forgive us for having to do this the hard way.”
The look in Uncle Chang’s eyes sharpened as his Spiritual Aether fluctuated in a frenzy, growing into a raging wave as he disappeared from where he stood.
He reappeared right in front of Lu Xuan.
Nobody could tell when he drew a blade in his hand, but the man brought a frightening flash of it onto Lu Xuan in a downward slice.

The flash tore through the air, seemingly clad in a mighty sword’s will as it came down on Lu Xuan.
The move was quick, precise, and brutal; it was an all-out move with no reservations whatsoever.
However, what happened next immediately stunned the woman in a light yellow dress; Lu Xuan clamped down on the incoming blade with two fingers.
His two slender, fair fingers clamped that frightening aura between them, preventing the terrifying wave of the blade from moving forward even an inch further.
Lu Xuan simply said, “Back off.”
He swung his hand, sending Uncle Chang back at several times the speed at which the elder came at him.
Boom!
Uncle Chang crashed onto the ground so hard that the ship’s barrier materialized at the moment of impact, causing the entire ship to shake slightly.
It was worth noting that the ship was able to stay as stable as it would have been on flatland despite sailing on raging waves behind it. It could keep moving forward with such unbelievable stillness that it saw no rocking as it moved at all.
Even so, the entire ship was actually shaken by the force of that crash alone.
“A single attack was all it took…” The look on that woman’s face became severe as her pupils contracted right away.
It looked as if she ran into some kind of unknown monster.
She knew well about Uncle Chang’s powers, considering that man was a servant to her family. Although he was officially known as a servant, the man was actually more like a father to her. As he watched her grow up, she heavily relied on him in return.
Uncle Chang took charge of several matters the whole time. His level of power was nothing short of frightening. Although he was not considered one of the best, the elder was still at the ninth tier of the Divine Treasure Realm. Even so, he was sent flying by a slick flick of the hand.
The young man before them who looked haggard from all the damage he took seemed extraordinarily powerful.
The man was so powerful that, despite the lady’s level of powers, she was unable to see what his power level was like.
Was he half a step into the Divine Transformation Realm, or was he already in that realm by now?
It would’ve been very frightening if that young man turned out to be at the Divine Transformation Realm. Even in the huge Tianhai City, every single being at the Divine Transformation Realm was believed to be a sort of pillar for the city.
Even so, a young man of such powers whom she had never heard of simply appeared out of nowhere.
Countless thoughts instantly flashed through the woman’s mind.
At that moment, a massive pressure loomed over the entire ship.
“Who dares to throw their weight on the ship of the Xu family?”
Just as the words faded in the air, an elder appeared at the stern dressed in lavish, elegant robes. He stood before the woman in the light yellow dress.
“Elder Huang!”
The woman was elated as soon as she saw the elder’s appearance, her face a mix of shock and joy.
That elder nodded at that woman in the light yellow dress and said, “Rest assured, my lady. I’m still around.”
Lu Xuan took a look at the elder who appeared out of nowhere. Although he sported a full head of silver hair, the man’s features made him look young, with a fair complexion and no beard. He also seemed more powerful than Uncle Chang.
“Half a step into the Divine Transformation Realm?” Lu Xuan narrowed his gaze. His powers were at such a level that he was able to tell what level that man known as Elder Huang was at.
He truly was half a step into the Divine Transformation Realm.
If the man never had any mystical encounters, he probably would’ve never made a breakthrough into the Divine Transformation Realm for the rest of his life.
With members of the Lu family breaking through into the Divine Transformation Realm one after another, it looked rather easy to do. However, there was at most a 10% chance of someone breaking into the realm.
Only about 100 people throughout the Blessed Enclave were capable of reaching half a step into the Divine Transformation Realm. The ones who managed to make such a breakthrough had been considered the great ancestors of the four major sacred grounds.
One could’ve imagined just how difficult it would’ve been to cross over the gap between the two.
It was something that most people couldn’t even begin to imagine.
Elder Huang looked at the man in tattered clothes. His pointed gaze belied a tinge of wariness. He didn’t understand why such a young man who looked completely harmless would’ve posed a level of threat that he had never felt before.
That young man could determine his level with just a single look, and that made him even warier.
Lu Xuan shot a look at Elder Huang and said, “I’ve already told you, I’m not here to do anyone harm. I just need a place to rest. There is no need to be alarmed.”
“This ship belongs to the Xu family of Tianhai City. I’d advise you not to board the vessel without permission.”
Elder Huang added, hoping to intimidate Lu Xuan enough to scare him off of the vessel.
Lu Xuan sighed and continued, “Man, even when you’re at your strongest, you’re still no match for me. Besides, you look gravely injured now. Do we seriously have to do this?”
“No match for you? What a bold statement.”
Elder Huang’s gaze narrowed until it almost became a straight line. The tone at which he spoke had a tinge of anger in it.
It was apparent that Lu Xuan was looking down on him, seeing him as unworthy of his attention.
“If you’re not leaving, sir, then forgive me for doing this the hard way.”
Elder Huang narrowed his gaze and made a move. The aura all over his body burst. The air in their immediate vicinity seemed to have been completely frozen. As the ambient temperature dropped by several degrees, ice could’ve been seen forming on the surface of the ocean nearby.
