Shu Yan received a call from the landlord within two days. Her lips curved a little. The fish had taken the bait.
“Why are you reaching out to me? If you want to take your storefront back, you better have the fine ready. That is non-negotiable,” said Shu Yan, feigning anger.
“Don’t worry. We have the money ready. We are taking our shop back for sure.”
Shu Yan did not look happy. “You guys have no morals.”
“Now why would you say such a thing? We have the compensation ready. We are talking about 90,000 yuan here. The store is our property and we are giving you money. The landlord and the landlady understood why Shu Yan looked unhappy. Her business was flourishing after all. They were basically removing her stream of revenue. It only made sense that she wasn’t happy with them.
