“All you have is a bite of rice every night?” Lin Hui asked in disbelief.
“No, a little more than that. Half a bowl of a very small bowl and have some seaweed soup with it. And an apple or cucumber to top.” Her skin became better over time with that diet and it wasn’t half-bad once she had gotten used to it.
“You don’t need to lose any more weight. You are good how you are right now. If you lose any more weight, you would be too skinny.” Lin Hui didn’t think she could do that. She loved her meats.
Her weight was perfect for this era. Shu Yan was still considered a bit chubby if it was 20-30 years into the future. She had checked with Hu Ruixue before. There were really clubs for body shaping. Hu Ruixue had a membership there and Shu Yan and gone a couple of times to try it out. She planned to get a membership herself. Her muscles were somewhat loose right now. Once she had them tightened up, she could for sure go down another size.
