Chapter 1104 - I'll Get You Back
Lu Feng went to Lu Lijun, who was standing at the gallery of his room as he stared at the dark sky and groped the gallery railing tightly.
"Lu Lijun," Lu Feng called.
Hearing it, Lu Lijun loosened the grip of his hand and stood straight.
Lu Feng stood next to him. "She needs some time alone. What happened is not easy for her to accept."
"I doubt she would ever accept," Lu Lijun countered.
"That doesn't mean you will keep her here against her will."
"I might do it," his eyes turned darker as he looked like he meant it.
"Don't even think about it. You will lose her, and I will never forgive you."
Lu Lijun turned silent, but the coldness in his eyes and that determination to keep her with, by all means, didn't disappear.
"She has gone through a lot. If you care for her, then let her be for a while. Give her time to process everything." Not getting an answer, Lu Feng looked at his stubborn younger brother. "Did you get me?"
Lu Lijun nodded light.
"Tonight, I am leaving for city S. I don't want you to do anything wrong in my absence."
Lu Lijun nodded again lightly. As the two stayed there for a while, they saw Jiang Yang and Jiang Yuyan in front of the mansion as Jiang Yang's car was parked there. Jiang Yang carried a bag and held Jiang Yuyan's hand to help her walk.
"Why do I feel like she won't be back?" Lu Lijun commented.
"She will. This is her home and family," Lu Feng assured.
"But it seems like only I'm nobody to her," Lu Lijun said as he saw her sitting inside the car.
"You know it's not the truth," said Lu Feng.
Lu Lijun kept quiet as he continued looking at the car that left the mention gate.
"It's time for me to leave," said Lu Feng, and Lu Lijun nodded, agreeing with him to leave.

In Jiang Yang's car.
On the way to the Jiang residence, Jiang Yuyan was silent and sat in quietly with her eyes closed. Jiang Yang looked at her but didn't disturb her till they reached the Jiang residence.
The two reached, and Jiang Yang took his sister to her room upstairs which was still the same for the past ten years.
"Everything you need is still here," Jiang Yang informed as he made his sister sit on the bed and put her bag on the side.
Jiang Yuyan nodded as she settled in the bed while resting at the headboard and looking outside the window.
"I'll make dinner for you. Do you have any special requests for this chef brother?" Jiang Yang asked as he smiled at her.
She looked at him. "Whatever brother will like,"
"You still have a good taste then," Jiang Yang commented.
Jiang Yang prepared the light food for her and brought it to his sister's room.
"Don't complain as this is what I wished to eat," said Jiang Yang as he put the food tray and bed dinner table which he arranged on the bed for Jiang Yuyan.
Jiang Yang looked different from how he was at Lu Mansion. He was cold at that time while arguing with Lu Lijun, but now he was her same old brother who always smiled at her and stayed away from the word called anger.
Jiang Yuyan silently ate whatever was there as Jiang Yang accompanied her.
"Good girl," he praised her for eating without complaining though there were vegetables.
Once they were done, Jiang Yang cleared the table and sat next to her.
"Do you want to rest or wish to talk about something?" Jiang Yang asked.
"Why were you angry earlier?" she asked, referring to his argument with Lu Lijun.
Jiang Yang understood what she meant. "Simple! Nothing matters more than my sister."
"Don't do it next time. I'll take care of it," she instructed.
"You weren't in the condition to take care of yourself even," Jiang Yang countered.
"I want to sleep," Jiang Yuyan said before her brother could ask you something, and she wouldn't be able to answer it.
Jiang Yang nodded and helped her lay in bed as he covered her in a quilt. "Press this if you need something." Jiang Yang pointed towards the small square machine that had a button on it.
Jiang Yang left while Jiang Yuyan couldn't sleep. She didn't know what to do after what Lu Lijun did. Why did he suddenly start calling her his wife? Moreover, what he did with her, she had no words to say about it. The extent of that shock was still so severe to let her think anything clearly.
Now she could understand the reason behind his few actions that startled her before. Few times the way he said something strange to her scared her but she ignored it.
At An Tian's showroom, Lu Lijun dared to step into her room when she was not in an appropriate condition and he acted as if it was not a big deal. He helped and what she felt at that time was not an illusion. He definitely had something like this in his mind. The way he stood closer to her and didn't let her go for long gave her a shiver.
At the lounge when she was there due to her periods, he chose to be by her side. in the night when she went to wake him up and the way he looked at her, it bothered her but she thought it must be because he was sleepy that's why his eyes were like that.
After that, he acted normal so there was nothing to worry about. They had a peaceful dinner where Lu Lijun cared for her and reminded her of the dominating Lu Lijun from ten years back. She was happy, thinking old days were back and he was still the same Lu Lijun.
Not being able to sleep, Jiang Yuyan continued to stare at the ceiling, not knowing what the future had planned for her.

Lying in bed, the night seemed to be lonely and endless for Lu Lijun once Jiang Yuyan left and he felt abandoned by her once again.
"This time, I won't accept it. I won't let her abandon me," he thought, staring at the ceiling.
Closing his eyes, he tried to sleep, but there was no use. Once again, his mind worked on its own, and he got out of the bed as his feet took a turn to go out of the room only to stop in front of Jiang Yuyan's room.
He entered the dimly lighted room, which seemed worse than a deserted place for him just because she was not there.
Lu Lijun went towards Jiang Yuyan's bed and stopped, and his sight followed the only one photo frame kept on it. The other one was not there. He picked up the left one and realized she only took her picture with his elder brother but left the one which had him in it.
Even after so many years. The two similar frames were kept on her bedside table and her work table in the office. But this time, she abandoned this one, she abandoned him, and it hurt him.
"She doesn't want the old me even," he thought.
Though he was hurt, there was no way he would stop loving her. Lu Lijun looked at the bed and lay on the other side of the bed while he kept Jiang Yuyan's place as it is. Though she was not there, he felt her presence.
Turning to his one side to look at where Jiang Yuyan slept, he c.a.r.e.s.sed it with his hand and mumbled.
"I'll get you back. This is your place, and you have to be here."
Lu Lijun closed his eyes and finally fell asleep in Jiang Yuyan's bed, feeling her presence beside him.
