"You can smile and enjoy it without hiding. Feel free to express yourself," Jiang Yang said and Nixxxie nodded lightly.
Mo Ruolan agreed to what her son said. "As we are here, you don't have to be awkward. Just be like you are in your home and don't mind us," Mo Ruolan said and Jiang Yang gave his mother a smile as saying thank you while Nixxxie just nodded again as there was nothing for her to talk about.
Jiang Peizhi went back to his room as soon as he finished his food, not wanting to embarrass the girl who might be his future daughter-in-law.
After breakfast, Nixxxie was in the dining room to clear the table and Mo Ruolan signaled Jiang Yang to follow her to the kitchen. When he reached inside, Mo Ruolan spoke, her eyes filled with curiosity.
"She was wearing your clothes, wasn't it?"
"So?" Jiang Yang asked.
"Both of you seem close now," Mo Ruolan added, not jumping directly at what she wanted to ask and knowing it, Jiang Yang gave her a disappointed look.
"Mom, can't you just ask me directly instead of running around the bushes? Is this how I raised you to be my mother?" 5
With his words, Mo Ruolan laughed and said, "You already know what I want to ask so just answer me."
"What do you expect when a hot and handsome man like your son and a pretty woman like her stays under one roof for days?" Jiang Yang asked, looking at his mother with expressions saying- what you are thinking is absolutely right, mother.
"Ohh, so my guess was right," Mo Ruolan concluded and Jiang Yang commented, "Hmm! She doesn't lack for clothes to wear mine."
"Good to know it. I am proud of you." As Mo Ruolan said it, Nixxxie entered the kitchen with the dishes in her hands from the dining table.
Seeing her, both kept quiet and Mo Ruolan spoke, "I will take leave as I am tired and need to rest."
Both nodded and when Mo Ruolan left, Nixxxie kept dishes in the kitchen sink while Jiang Yang helped her. "Your mother got it, right?" she asked.
Jiang nodded, "She is one sharp woman but the condition we were in, even a dumb person can say what's going on between us."
Feeling embarrassed about this thought, Nixxxie asked, "What did she say?"
"That, she is proud of me." Jiang Yang replied casually that surprised Nixxxie.
"Huh?" Nixxxie looked at him in disbelief and Jiang Yang nodded, carrying a light smile.

The next day, when Jiang Yang and Nixxxie were ready to go out for their work, Jiang Yang asked, "Mom, when are you two going to visit Yuyan?"
Mo Ruolan, who came to the door to say bye to her son and future daughter-in-law, replied, "We will go visit her tomorrow as it's weekend and also, today I will buy some gifts for her."
"Okay!" saying bye, both left.
As usual, Jiang Yang met his sister and his brother-in-law at the gate of the university, but he didn't tell her about the arrival of their parents.
During the classes, Jiang Yuyan suddenly felt uneasy. Nixxxie noticed it and asked, "You don't look good. Are you okay?"
"Since morning I was feeling nauseous but suddenly I am feeling like vomiting and feeling uneasy." 2
As the class was going on, both didn't know what to do as it would only disturb the class so Jiang Yuyan told Nixxxie she can bear with it for some time.
Once the class was over, Nixxxie accompanied Jiang Yuyan to the washroom where she locked herself inside for a while, vomiting and splashing water on her face.
"Are you okay, Yuyan?" Nixxxie asked as she knocked on the door of the washroom.
"I-I need some time more," A weak voice came out from inside.
It worried Nixxxie and she called Jiang Yang. The moment Jiang Yang received the call before Nixxxie could say anything, he spoke, "It's just an hour since I left you and you are already missing me. Isn't it the time when you should be busy attending the classes?"
Letting him finish, Nixxxie informed, "Yuyan is not feeling well."
"What happened?"
"She is vomiting and looks weak. I was thinking of taking her to university infirmary."
"Don't take her there as she is not an ordinary person now. You know what I mean," Jiang Yang instructed and asked, "Can you get her here in the hospital? It would be better to check her with the doctor here."
"Okay! I will do it."
Soon both reached the hospital where Jiang Yang worked, which belonged to the Lu Corporation itself. Inside his cabin, Jiang Yang checked his sister who looked too weak and tired and said, "You need to check with the gynecologist."
It startled Jiang Yuyan, "G-Gynecologist. Why? Just give me the medicine to stop vomiting. Last night I ate too much, so it must be because of that."
"When you are full of love from my brother-in-law then what is the need for eating too much? For now, just do as I say," Jiang Yang insisted.
