Chapter 420: Ranked 13th
We ate until 12 before ending. Ah Fei and I returned home and Little Black and the others ended work and prepared to head online.

He couldn’t do anything today and just suck experience like a baby. Fortunately, Little Bell was a priest and Man of Steel was a Paladin. Now I could charge about without any worry.

We headed out to the edge of the forest. Assassin Alliance was all here. Other guilds basically gathered in the city as they were afraid of being sneak attacked but Assassin Alliance didn’t have that worry. A pure Assassin guild was good at assassinating others so naturally, they were good at countering that. We could slap our chests and say that not many guilds in Winter Sun City could deal with us.

Looking at the few of us, Mundane Slaughter noticed something, “Seven, are you trying to level Ah Fei up?”
“En, his level is too low.”
“Okay.”
He smiled, “Anyways the event points are based on kills,
this whole thing is dependent on damage. Since that is the case, your party doesn’t lack any job except a Musician. Let me hand your party one?”
“Can… That work?” I smiled and asked
“Of course!”
He laughed and waved his hands, letting a level 89 Musician join our party. This should be one of the higher level Musicians that we rented. In a blink of an eye, my party was full and we had many different jobs. Although we were weaker but if the Musician just buffed me, things wouldn’t be too bad.

At that moment, we heard the sound of horse hooves in the distance. The bunch of Winds of Battle cavalries charged out from the city and there were roughly 500+ of them. Dust billowed behind him. As expected from a T1 guild. Currently, Winds of Battle was definitely considered one of the top guilds in Winter Sun City.
(Note: T1, the tiers system came from WOW where they used tiers to evaluate equipment, the strength of a guild. The tier was like a ladder, for example, this book will say that the strongest guild is T0. In the future With You would be T0. T1 is first-rate, like the current Elements and Winds of Battle. T2 is second rate like Breaking Dawn and For Dreams. As for T3, they are guilds like Hidden Dragon Mountain. The higher the T the stronger.)

I saw that many NPC cavalries were rushing on the official roads. They held the flags of the empire and Winter Sun City. They were all heavy armored cavalries and their armor was fresh, their shields and blades showing a threatening cold light from the morning sun. Along with men shouting and horses neighing, everyone’s heartbeats started to quicken.
“This might be a huge battle.”
Moonlight Firefly looked in the distance and smiled, “I am really looking forward to it!”
I nodded, “We will arrive at the ridge soon.”
“En!”
Further forwards, there were more players and NPC troops and all of them squeezed on the path. A mountain range that pierced into the clouds stretched out towards snowy region in the distance.
Snow Ridge, the natural barrier that stood between the humans and the Dimension Legion. Dragon City was originally built here but unfortunately when it was time for Illusionary Moon, the dragon race was gone and Dragon City was too. Even Frost wasn’t heard from at all. But the Snow Ridge existed and it still stood in the north of the human home.
A few minutes later, the ridge ahead wasn’t so steep and high up. On it was a blade-like city wall that was built with white stone. Snow covered the surroundings of this place. Above the city walls were many flags and there were also many human race cannons and city defence machinary. Apart from that were the troops on the walls. Many archers wore helmets with feathers stuck in them and they held bows in their arms. They had quivers and their white leather armor shone bright in the sun.
“North wall…”
Mundane Slaughter looked up at the fortress and said, “The legendary north war. In this game, the north wall has blocked the Dimension Legion out for ten thousand years and was only lost a few times. In the end, the human army still managed to reclaim the area.”
I nodded, “The map’s introduction says that this spreads 30 thousand miles and is the human race’s counter to the Dimension Legion Territory and Blood Dynasty. It sounds exaggerated but it should be true.”
Moonlight Firefly looked at the majestic north wall and said, “Which godly designer could design such a majestic game background, this… It is so amazing…”

Ah Fei smiled, “Although Ah Li loves bragging but he didn’t lie about that. This fellow really is f****** strong!”

I smiled, “Time to go, let’s push forwards and try to get across the north wall quickly. Extreme Dust Mountain should be north of this wall.”
“En.”
On the side, Little Bell said, “North Wall is the intersection between the humans and Dimension Legion Territory… If we fail at Extreme Dust Mountain, many people won’t be able to get back. The gates of the north wall are too small.”
“Jinx!”
Ah Fei stared, “How will we lose, we win all wars!”

Not long later, the Assassin Alliance bunch walked out of the stone gates. The moment we passed, the map changed into the map north of Snow Ridge. We easily found where Extreme Dust Mountain was at, it wasn’t too far from the wall, just a ten minute walk.
On the wide snow plains, players from Winter Sun City surged out like an ocean. The top right showed the number of players that had entered the battlefield. Currently, it was 9 million. China really had many players and this was just a secondary city. Moreover, not all players from Winter Sun City were online. Conservatively speaking, there should be 30 million people in Winter Sun City so at least 15 million would arrive here.
A few minutes later, we stepped into Extreme Dust Mountain.
Ahead of us, a snow mountain that wasn’t too high appeared in our field of sight. On the waist of the snow mountain, the human race army’s camp was all joined up. This was the legendary Crescent Moon Army, the army led by Crescent Moon Marquis Li Chengyun.

Not far away, a cavalry player stopped. This was Breaking Dawn’s top Paladin Breaking Dawn Dust. His eyes were filled with rage, “Assassin Alliance dares to come to such a battlefield, are you not afraid of being insta killed by monsters?”
I raised my daggers and looked at him, “Even a rookie like you dares to come so why can’t we come?”
“You!”
He was furious but maybe as he thought that we had a point, he didn’t fight back. He just said towards the Breaking Dawn players behind, “Don’t bother about them, let’s head out and get a good position!”
“Yes Boss Dust!”
Horse hooves thud loudly. After all Breaking Dawn was a T2 guild and wasn’t too weak.

“What should we do, head up the mountain?” Mundane Slaughter asked.
“No.”
I shook my head, “Only idiots go up, we will head to Small Stone Valley and welcome the first wave of monsters. We are indeed the 13th ranked guild in Winter Sun City!”
Moonlight Firefly’s mouth twitched, “Isn’t that because Winter Sun City only has 13 guilds?”
