“Qiao Tian! Wake up! You are just her back-up option!” Ye Qiao said angrily while pulling him away.

Qiao Tian locked himself up in the hotel room for two days and did not have any food nor drinks. He tried to leave a few times, but Xiao Dong, who was watching the doorway, stopped him.
He still did not want to give up and insisted that Ning Jing was still in love with him.
Every time Ye Qiao heard it, she scolded him in her mind.
“Ms. Ye!”
Ye Qiao was sitting and reading a book in a Western restaurant on the hotel’s first floor when she heard a male voice and looked up.
Was it her brother’s rival, Tang Youshi?!

Ye Qiao pondered carefully before answering. She was sure that she had not encountered this person in her previous life, so she had no idea whether Ning Jing had married him later.
“Yes, I will become a senior when school reopens.” She had been studying her high school math whenever she had the chance to. She was only a little better in English now compared to her previous life. Besides that, all of her other subjects were equally terrible! She was especially bad in Math and had never passed her tests before!
“You are so young!” Tang Youshi exclaimed. She was dressed quite maturely for her age, in fact. He called the waiter and ordered himself a coffee and a bottle of soda for Ye Qiao.
“Is there anything Mr. Tang wants from me?” Ye Qiao asked sternly, though she was not worried about her wellbeing.
“Is your brother, Qiao Tian, alright? I may be able to help him give up on her!” Tang Youshi said in a serious tone.
Ye Qiao became excited once she heard what Tang Youshi had offered.
Coincidentally, uncle Du Jun came into the hotel at that moment, and the first thing he saw was Ye Qiao. He was surprised that a man was sitting opposite the little girl.
At a closer glance, he was able to tell that the man was the eldest son from the Tang family; the two were chatting happily away.
Apparently, Beixiao’s position had been threatened!
For the next two days, he still kept seeing the two together, so Du Jun could no longer hold back. He had to tell his nephew about this!
He would not be able to reach him via a phone call, so Du Jun went straight to his base camp. Even though the base camp rules were strict, there was nothing that Du Jun could not do in N Town.
