"We are here." Xi Xue let Bíng Huo get off once they arrived at the peak of the ice eagle’s mountain. This time, the ice eagle didn’t put her wind trap, making it easier for the climber.
"Are we the first to arrive?" Bíng Huo dusted off her butt as she looked around, scanning the area. The wind blew hard, and her hair fluttered in the air.

Bíng Huo didn’t say anything else and just followed behind Xi Xue. The girl made sure to hold Xi Xue’s hand tightly, as not to get separated from him.

The sound of their footsteps rang throughout the cave. The ice wall of the cave reflected Xi Xue and Bíng Huo’s figure as they passed by.
The two didn’t speak to each other for quite a time, and one could only hear the sound of their footsteps accompanied by the water droplets dripping bit by bit to the ice floor.
CLAK. CLAK. CLAK.
Amidst the serene noise of the water droplets, Bíng Huo who was silent all this time suddenly spoke, "Will we hold the meeting at the throne room of the ice eagle?"

The chair was made out of ice, yet it looked so smooth and not even crude. Only the bottom of the chair looked a bit like an ice glacier. Maybe, it was made so that the fondation was strong.
"I think....the ice eagle prepared this ever since she knew there would be a meeting." Xi Xue answered shortly as his gaze scanned the dim surrounding.
The only light they had in this lair was the glowing ice wall and the floating ice lamp. It might reflect the sunlight coming from outside the cave.
’Where is the ice eagle, though?’
Xi Xue started to go around the place, thinking that the ice eagle must be here somewhere when a woman’s voice suddenly sounded.
"Are you looking for me?"

Xi Xue and Bíng Huo instantly looked at the source of the cold, dignified voice. It came from the end of the lair, a black swamp plastered on the wall. Maybe it was a teleportation gate or something.

Bit by bit, someone came out of the black swamp on the wall. Starting from her silver hair, her white, porcelain-like forehead, until a pair of dark blue eyes flashed within the dark swamp.

Xi Xue tilted his head. He squinted his eyes as he watched the ice eagle in the form of a human slowly showing herself.
’It’s been a while since I came here, so I don’t really remember this woman’s appearance. But is this the same one as the one I saw back then?’
